My daughter Genesis had a wonderful experience at Colorado Eye Center in Boulder! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. The front desk was efficient and friendly, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly and make sure Genesis felt comfortable throughout her visit.
The office is clean, bright, and organized -- and they truly made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the care and attention they gave her. We'll definitely be returning for future appointments and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great eye care team!

I feel very fortunate to have found this eye doctor upon moving to Boulder. 11 years ago. The addition of Dr Olsen wife is a wonderful one. I hadn't been here in a couple years as I have been traveling nursing, and getting my care on the road. I had an emergency medical need For my eyes, and was seen within two days. I was given excellent care! They have the top of the line screening for all eye care, and a professional and kind staff. I have gotten a number of prescription frames here, and I've been very satisfied.

I went in for my first appointment today today. The front office reps were so nice and helpful. Brooke was kind and gentle with my initial tests. Dr. Olson was thorough and conservative with his diagnosis and recommendations. Overall great experience and shout out to Brooke who did my Lipiflow same day! It's such an easy procedure, if you have dry eyes don't wait.

I had an exam here in September 2024 and was billed fourteen months later for a contact lens fitting that was never submitted to my insurance. I was told at the visit that it was covered, but it turns out it was not, and my VSP record shows only the exam claim with no further communication until fourteen months later. The balance was about forty dollars and I paid it, but the delayed and unclear billing still took time for me to resolve. I liked the doctors, but I will not be returning because of the billing issues.
