Whenever I have gone to LensCrafters 29th Street their service has been exceptional. Last time I went to tighten my glasses (the frames were not from there and the glasses were also not fitted there) but Christian still helped me and the glasses fit perfectly now. Kindest and most flexible people ever! My fiance's glasses broke and we walked in with broken glasses. Oscar and Christian were insanely helpful, with Oscar immediately assisting in changing out the lenses and frames and Christian helping set us up with the optometrist to update his prescription. The optometrist was very kind and extremely informative! Additionally, Pam was very helpful in picking new glasses frames. Cannot sing enough praises to the helpful people that went above and beyond their customer service. I am recommending to everyone I know!!! You should come here!!! They're literally open in the middle of over 100 MPH winds!!!

Avoid this location. I ordered prescription sunglasses only to find out a week later that they are out of stock of the frame that I ordered. They failed to notify me of this problem until after I called to check the status of my order. My glasses will be over a week late. Very poor order tracking.
