If customer service were a sport, MyEyeDr. in Boulder would be going to the Olympics! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind. I ordered prescription sunglass lenses, and they made sure every detail was dialed in -- accuracy, fit, comfort -- all of it. There wasn't just "good enough" energy here. They wanted it perfect, and it shows. Special shout out to CORY, who absolutely goes above and beyond. His personalized attention to detail made the whole experience seamless (and honestly kind of fun). You can tell he truly cares about getting it right, not just getting it done. It's rare to find a place that combines expertise, precision, and warmth so effortlessly. Highly recommend.

Bill offered my elderly mother assistance with her glasses that were sliding off her nose and one earpiece was bowed outward. Bill corrected her glasses and made a world of difference on how she felt with eyeglasses secure on her face. He was gracious, kind, and very helpful! I have had my eyes checked here last year and will come here again next year:D

I visited MyEyeDr yesterday for my annual eye exam. I explained to them that I had an appointment afterwards so needed to be done in a half hour. They were so efficient and polite and I was out with a full eye and contact exam and all necessary scans in 28 minutes! Highly recommend.

The whole team - Bill, Sarah, Corey and Dr Thomas were all great. Corey was awesome and helped me get the best price on contacts saving me a bit of money! Everyone was super friendly and able to answer all the questions I had about the exam, my prescription, insurance and other general questions.

Had a great Experience at MyEyeDr in Boulder. It was a bit confusing, trying to find the right office, but the team at the office was able to get me in even though I was late. Ava talked to the Doctor about getting me seen, Sarah was super thorough in pretesting, Dr Thomas explained everything as she was doing it, and Corey and Bill helped me find a frame that I LOVE! Will definitely be coming back next year!

Some of the most knowledgeable and kind staff around! From discussing insurance plans, allowances, and realities... to making sure customers are getting the best deal on glasses or contacts by beating competitor prices right in front of you... the team at MyEyeDr on 30th is amazing.

I had three pairs of glasses that needed tightening and noticed while getting a coffee, that next door, My EyeDr. was open. The minute I walked through the door, though they were helping other customers, they politely acknowledged me, and very soon helped me. Not only did they fix my glasses without a hint of impatience, but were extremely friendly. Thank you MyEyeDr.

Writing this review for Ava and Cory. They have provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received for eyewear. Cory went above and beyond to make any adjustment he possibly could to ensure my glasses fit properly. Generally, this place has been amazing. My roommate was happy with their service last year.
