The doctors here are wonderful and I recommend them highly for your eye exam. Buying glasses here is another story. First of all they say it takes 1-1.5 weeks for glasses to come in but mine took almost 2 full weeks. Then, once my glasses did arrive I was advised they didn't come with the anti-glare and blue light filter I ordered. Kudos to the gentleman helping me for catching that because I never would have known but idk how that gets missed. Now I'm waiting another 2 weeks for them to be remade. With how expensive these glasses are and no financial recompense for my trouble I don't think I'll continue purchasing glasses here any longer.

I have been seeing Dr. Holtzman since 2021.He and his staff are great! They are thorough, organized, friendly, knowledgeable and will explain procedures as they are being performed! I can trust Dr. Holtzman to be honest and up front with me during my visits and He welcomes questions as well. I wear both Contacs and Glasses so I appreciate Dr. Holtzman's knowledge in both these areas! I highly recommend the Colorado Eye Center in Broomfield for all your Eye Care needs! Shari Wood

Highly recommended! I was thoroughly impressed with my entire visit. Their offices were clean, comfortable and very well equiped, but the best part were the people. The nurse/technician (I missed her name) who did my initial exam, Dr. Holtzman, and Noah who fitted me for glasses were all incredibly kind and professional. Absolutely great experience all around.

It was time for my routine eye exam. I've had some less than stellar experiences at other eye care centers so I decided to give Colorado Eye Center a try. Incredibly glad I did. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Amber was very clear in communicating instructions during my exam. Dr. Paige was great at answering all of my questions. The best part is that while I need new glasses, zero pressure to purchase them from there or that day. Routine eye exam should focus on your eye health than new lenses. Colorado Eye Care nails it in terms of emphasizing that priority.

I had a great first visit with Dr Barajas today after moving from the Boulder area to Broomfield. The staff is friendly, the space is open and clean. Plenty of convenient parking. It all was smooth and efficient. I always get the Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scan and Matt handled that well. Dr Barajas did not keep me waiting and walked through the OCT as well as usual test results making sure I understood. I'm very happy with my new OD.

I love Dr. Paige, she is always so friendly and helpful. The reason I only gave this location a 4 out of 5 stars is the girl who checks your appointment always seems to have an attitude and doesn't appear that she wants to be there let alone work with the public. If you want them to be your face of the company and be the first person people talk to then something needs to change since it's been that way for awhile.

My family and I have been going to Colorado Eye Center for many years and the experience continues to impress me! The quality of care for their patients is impeccable! Always an overall great experience! Extra thanks to Dr. Paige and Amber for their expertise and kindness!

I feel this location has been declining, although I continue to have positive experiences with Dr. Paige. This year, I had difficulty getting updates on a second pair of glasses--multiple calls went unanswered, and a voicemail was not returned, which led me to go into the office. Six weeks later, I still have not received the glasses that were ordered and paid for. There also appears to be new optician staff. After adjustments, my glasses were not cleaned, and I ended up cleaning them myself while they waited for me to try them on again. The front desk asked to keep a credit card on file and pushed for my medical insurance card; when I tried to provide it after hesitating, I received a somewhat snarky response when she saw that it was Kaiser. Lastly, I have ongoing concerns about cleanliness. Last year, I noticed the waiting room chairs were visibly dirty, and unfortunately, they appeared to be in the same--if not worse--condition this year. Because of this, I chose not to sit while waiting.
