I will never stop telling everyone I know who needs an eye doctor that this is the place to go! Dr. Duggan is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He made the time to answer all of my questions and was overall a joy to be around during my yearly exam. Janelle and Aly were both so kind and warm, they made the intake process very smooth and helped me pick out my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Overall this is a very patient forward, cozy, and welcoming practice that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you to the whole team!

This office is so great! The whole staff are kind and personable. Dr. Duggan is knowledgeable and patient with my kiddo. Spencer helped my son pick out a great pair of glasses! They have also helped me get my (always) purple glasses set too!

Spencer the optician is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Made the whole process easy and stress-free. I've seen him more than once now and he's always willing to assist with a great attitude. Highly recommend! Actually everyone there is wonderful no complaints!!!!

I am not sure of anyone's names, but the entire staff here is fantastic. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and all around lovely. I'm so glad that I found them and I was able to get an appointment as quick as I did(same day that I called) I was absolutely taken care of and every need I had was covered, my vision has been a huge issue as of late, and I'm so grateful for the quickness these guys took to get me prescriptions, and get the glasses in a week, when they said 2 weeks originally. Definitely recommending them to anyone who asks. Can't wait to continue getting fantastic care from this place.

I had an amazing experience with Aly and Janelle at the office yesterday (1/22/26)! I had broken my sunglasses that are specifically made for Silhouette frame, and needed a pair quickly as I am planning a short road trip in 4 days. They took my information and prepared to order them saying they probably wouldn't be here in time for the trip. Aly then said that she thought there might be a few pair that were left when they took over the office space. She found them and gave me 2 pair. Both Aly and Janelle were so helpful and thoughtful of my situation and found an unexpected resolution for me. They are wonderful and I greatly appreciate their efforts!

I went to this location because my husband had gone there and really liked his experience. While I can't say my experience with this location was a bad one, I am disappointed in the outcome. My regular eye doctor, whom I love going to, is not covered on my insurance. I decided to give " My Eye Dr" a try since they do accept our insurance. Dr Duggan did the eye exam for contacts and tried about 6 different prescriptions. I explained at the very beginning that the sole reason for having contacts is to not have to wear reading glasses. I am not sure why, but every prescription he tried he said I may have to wear readers to see clearly. I tried to explain that I wasn't as concerned about my distance vision as I was my reading vision. We tried multi focal contacts which may have worked but then I heard that there were astigmatism contacts and wanted to try them. That was a mistake. They were very blurry as I could see a line that would not go away no matter how long I wore them or how many eye drops I used. After the 6 trials he said that he wasn't going to be able to help me out. Now I have to start all over and go back to my regular eye dr and that exam is going to cost me about $200.00. I have wasted 6 months or so trying to just see about contacts that were more crisp for reading. It's very annoying to have to start all over again and spend even more money. I offered to pay for the trial contacts and they always refused. I do have to say that everyone here is friendly but I'm sad I could not get the results I needed.

I live in Aurora Colorado and was referred to the myeyedoctor in Broomfield by my regular optometrist because they didn't carry Silhouette frames. My spare frames were broken and as I later discovered were a discontinued style by the manufacturer. However, Ally the manager, had leftover parts that fit my frame and was able to repair them for me, unbelievable! Ally and her assistant Janelle were super helpful and much appreciated. I will make the drive from Aurora to the Broomfield location (5760 W. 120th Avenue, suite 240, Broomfield, CO 80020) in the future because of the excellent service they provided.

Fantastic visit for a contact lens exam and glasses exam. Lexi - vision tech was fast and friendly! Dr. Duggan - very informative and reassuring with the examination and any questions Aly - very friendly and helpful with billing questions. She also helped me use a medically necessary benefit towards my contact lens, saving me several hundred dollars! Would definitely recommend this location to others.
