I just brought my glasses into to make a slight adjustment, as I have done in the past. The employee said they looked good and like they were pretty straight and it was clear we were only making a subtle adjustment. She then took a pliers to them *without using heat first*, and bent the earpiece which broke off. After the fact, she said "oh, I should have told you that could happen. There's nothing I can do, except give you 50% off of our glasses if you are in the system." I left, and after I got home, my husband called the store. They are now lying and claiming my glasses were broken already. They were not. Had they been broken when I brought them in and the employee noticed that, it's completely effed up that it would not be pointed out to me. I've had these glasses for over a year with no problems. They are so unique and I constantly receive compliments on them. I will amend this review if and when the store is helpful with our situation. Edit: Thanks so much for the canned, impersonal response. We'll be contacting corporate to complain.

I am fairly new to the area as I have recently moved to Lafayette and this Westminster location of LensCrafters is beautiful. My new optometrist, Dr. Hopper was great, and my initial annual wellness visit went great! My eyesight has never been anything super significant but if it were, it seems as though Dr. Hopper would be very diligent, helpful and answer any questions I would have about my eyesight. Once my visit was over, I was then greeted by Lacey, and she was very helpful in helping me pick out a new pair of frames and answered any questions I had about my new insurance. From who I spoke with over the phone as well he was very helpful and I'm glad I was able to be seen for an 11am appt before I headed into work! Thank you all so much!

It has been a long time since I have been into a LensCrafters. Lacey the Store manager at the Town Center drive location was very helpful. I appreciated her being patient with me as I wanted to take my time in picking 2 pairs of glasses. Lenscrafters made my transaction very easy. A+ customer service.

This was my first time coming and getting an eye exam and the service I received was incredible!!! From the wonderful young lady that gave the exam to the wonderful lady that helped me with my prescription (Gianna) you ladies made my first time experience awesome and hassle free! I will definitely be returning as well as referring both, National Eye Care Associates and Lens Crafter's. Thanks again and can't wait until the next appointment. Cheers, Anthony C

We had a wonderful experience at the LensCrafters up on Town Center Dr. Julasy, Harmony, Lacey, and Gianna were a joy to work with! They had us laughing the whole time. Everyone was quit knowledgeable, and communicated beautifully. I will definitely be going back to this location In the future! Thanks ladies!!

I didnt buy anything from here...this is why: i recently had a vision check from a different optometrist. I had found some glasses that I liked there but had left prior to purchase because I just could not talk myself into purchasing prescription sunglasses when I needed other glasses more. After a few days of scouring the internet for similar ones at a lower cost and not finding them as well as finding out the original place didn't have them either, I found lens crafters might. So I came in and immediately one of the sales guys there comes to help. No big deal. I appreciated it at first. But then he hovered which for me is a big deal. I have severe self confidence issues and having him hover there and honestly making me feel like I was being judged did not allow me to feel comfortable enough to purchase. I tried on 1 pair of glasses, found out it was not the same pair I was looking for and didn't feel comfortable enough to browse. Glasses are a personal thing kind of like trying on clothes. Having someone within less than a foot of you was too much. I left and told my son who came with me for moral support that the guy was making me very uncomfortable and he said he felt the same way. For future: ask if they would like assistance and then do what the other places do and step away but remind them politely that your there to help with any questions. Don't linger - it creates a feeling of pressure that in this case is unnecessary.

Lacey was incredible. She was patient, kind, and attentive, even on a very busy day while juggling multiple customers. She took her time helping me find frames and never made me feel rushed. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out. Excellent service. I was very impressed.

I had a great experience working with Lacey and Blake. They had great customer service and help me pick out new glasses. I will definitely come back to see them when I need new glasses and refer my friends.
