I had the worst experience here. They didn't explain anything to me. I checked in, and the person at the front desk couldn't explain anything stating "he wasn't a professional", whatever that means?
I checked the box that I wanted to dilate my eyes and get new glasses, but none of those things happened. I walked in got checked, I think? And was told to check out. That's it. I didn't get either of the things I wanted and was told to "have a good day"
I was given someone else's prescription. How do I know? Well I went to vision works for some clarification and the member explained to me that I got someone else's prescription information.....

When I checked in, Matt had my paperwork ready to go. Dr Adler is amazing, she is personable, she remembers small details about you, and makes the appointment feel less stressful.

I went here because they could get me in quickly. They eye doc was nice and talkative. The front staff was talking negatively about other patients and when I asked them to explain the bill breakdown, they seemed annoyed. When I went to pick up my glasses I got a bill with the hidden costs they add on and didn't ask you about. My eye insurance also said with my the plan I have I get an additional $50 off a complete pair - they told me they don't honor this. Please go to an independent business. This is exactly what is wrong with health care (as a health care provider, please review what they are charging you for and advocate for yourself).
