Pearle Vision

I recently purchased some new glasses here. Ken was beyond helpful in helping me find a frame that I love and was very knowledgeable and detailed on everything that I wanted with my lenses. Even after some minor hiccups with prescription (not the stores fault), I have been treated kindly and with lots of professionalism. I will be back here when its time for new glasses again.

I stopped in a nearby Pearle Vision to ask if someone could repair my glasses. One of the arms had fallen off and the screw was missing. Kenny G. stepped right up and had my glasses fixed in no time. Such a helpful and friendly young man!

Kenny is the saving grace of this place. He is the only one who will take time to listen to you or explain things. The other salesmen are quite obnoxious and condescending. The first salesman allowed me to purchase a pair of frames for my child that were way too big for the size of their face, after a month they finally arrived and my child did not like how they fit on their face so we placed an order for another frame. I called twice during this time to check on the glasses I was told they would probably arrive the next week, two weeks later when I called again they "just came in". Thankfully we worked with Kenny on our second visit to pick out the replacement frames and actually sized my child's face. Before this I had no idea that frames had different sizes, or that we should be looking for specific frames to match their face. Once again this frame took over a month to come in. When I called two weeks after the purchase, I was told they would arrive by the end of the following week. Two weeks later I called again as I had not heard from them. Again I asked when they actually came in, because I never received a call that they were ready and was told "they just came in". After 9 weeks of working with Pearle to find a pair of glasses that my child liked, we are finally done and I am just glad to be finished with that place. I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone, especially if shopping for a child, search for glasses there.

My wife and I were here on 2-10-1026 for eye exams and glasses. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from Sam and would recommend this location for vision services. The whole experience was quick and efficient.

This is the most unprofessional service for eye care I have ever encountered. I have lived in Broomfield for 25 years as of recently and would never recommend them to anyone. They will not return request for information or prescriptions. They give excuses and do not supply solutions. The process is overpriced and intrusive enough at this location then throw on top of it the lack of customer support when needed when requests are days in advance, They fail at the customer experience tremendously.

As soon as my friend and I walk in to get some help with a pair of glasses we were welcome and Kenny G. was great and was able to help us. Great hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.

Came from out of State and needed a quick fix and Kenny G. was amazing! Great and outgoing personality! Very professional and quick too!
