Excellent experience at every step. Both of the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional, from greeting to helping choose frame options and going over our benefits. They even went over the detailed receipt when we had an additional question.
Most importantly, Dr. Walsh was the best eye doctor that our family has seen in years, perhaps ever! She went above and beyond to explain our eye photos and make sure our prescriptions were just right. We felt very well taken care of. (This has not been our experience at other VisionWorks so want to be sure the staff here at this mall location gets proper kudos!) We came because it's a preferred office for our insurance but we now look forward to having this be our family's eye doctor!

I had a great experience visiting this location for the first time. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and they immediately took me back - no waiting at all. Ani, the employee at the counter, went above and beyond - she deserves a raise!! She did a fantastic job of explaining my insurance benefits to me and how I could utilize them best between both new glasses and new contacts. She was also very patient and helped me pick which glasses to get, as I am very indecisive. During my exam, Dr. Walsh was very attentive and had great beside manner. I will definitely be coming back here for my next appointment. 10/10 recommend!

My first visit to Visionworks was really disappointing. As a new customer, I expected friendly and helpful service, but instead I felt brushed off and ignored. The staff didn't seem interested in answering questions or taking the time to explain things, which made the whole experience frustrating. For a business that depends on customer trust and repeat visits, this level of service is unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming first-time experience.

When I walked I. I was greeted promptly, asked what brought me in & how they could help. I mentioned I was looking for readers & had very specific ideas about the frames I wanted. I asked if I could browse & asl if I needed help. The selection of frames was extensive & when I narrowed my choices down I asked for opinions & staff helped me choose 2. Young woman helping me handled the call to my insurance & was thorough in asking me questions so I could order what I wanted. Overall great experience, now the waiting to receive my glasses :)

Poor service. No greeting. First girl was with a gentleman and did not greet or acknowledge me. An older woman came out of the back while I was browsing and also didn't acknowledge me. First girl asked older woman a question and they both started helping the man. Still no acknowledgement to me. I left without a word being said to me.
Store employees...you'd be surprised at how far an "I'll be right with you" goes. Use your words!
