The experience in the office was great. Staff is super friendly. Doctors are awesome, but the frames are really expensive but then when I got my bill, I owed extra money and I paid it but then when I got the receipt, I noticed charges that were not fully explained to me. One of my biggest issues was I upgraded to the polycarbonate lenses and when I asked how much they were they told me $45. OK cool then I get the receipt and it's $45 for each lens so I got charged times two so $90 for polycarbonate lenses why not be upfront and honest and tell me it would be 90 total dollars or $45 for each lens and there is other stuff on here that I don't understand and it doesn't show what my insurance covered it just shows the charges.

These Guys are Seriously Amazing I Wished I Remember Names Better but Everybody Working in This Office Was Phenominal, Went in for Emergency Extraction of a Piece of Metal From My Eye and They Handled It With Total Professionalism! I Love These Guys! 5 Stars!

Been taking our daughter here for 4 and a half years. Doctors have always been great. Customer service and ordering/receiving the contacts has NEVER worked. One time the person said they never received a "to do" from the tech telling them to order. One time my daughter's trials just never got ordered, period. Never have we received the contacts within a month of ordering. In summary, doctors are great. Staff is nice but completely ineffective and unhelpful. The lack of accountability is unreal.

I've been with them for 2 years now, and the staff goes above and beyond to help. After my car accident, they were able to work with the VA to get my glasses replaced. I also appreciate that they support our military veterans as a VA provider.

I'll start this off by saying that the techs are extremely nice, and this review has no bearing on the front desk. won't be coming back, four years ago was given a script of -2.5 -2.25, which I refused. went to another eye doctor for the first time since, and was given a significantly less powerful script. at least one doctor refuses to listen to his patients, this isn't just me, but multiple people have had the same issue.

Excellent service from the Doctors and Staff for the 5 years i have been seeing them. It is quite comforting knowing that when i need my contacts in a pinch, they will more than likely have a pair in stock. You have definitely saved the day on more than one occasion. Thank you all for your time and dedication to, not just me, but to each patient. You guys rock!
