I have been at Walmart Centers all over the country. This was the first time one of them turned me down to repair my glasses. I spend $100's of dollars each month at Walmarts if it is a new policy. I guess it is time to start shopping somewhere else!

I've used this location several years, my glasses are always great and such a better price than what I would pay at the eye doctor. My last glasses I ordered came within a week it was so fast. They are so patient and kind too, I'm one of those people who has to try on nearly every pair of glasses to figure out what I want and they never rushed me and provided helpful feedback on how they looked.

These is a nightmare. I ordered my glasses Dec 9, two months later I'm still waiting --told the 16th this time, but this is the fourth time they've had "resend it", of course I've heard this 3 times now. They blame the lab but at this point I don't know if I believe --they act like they don't know the government agency that regulates them so at this point I doubt the truthfulness of their words. I can't even get my money back because the card is now defunct. Oh I could get a Walmart gift card (and my glasses? I'm on disability I need that money for my glasses now Walmart). I've talked to corporate and upper management will call me back and I will be lodging a complaint with the FDA (see ladies I KNOW the agency, I did when I asked, it was a test and you lied)

Reading the reviews, I was hesitant to use this location. I was super surprised by the fast and friendly service my daughter and I received. Our Optician Debi Funk did a great job helping us with getting a great looking new set of glasses.

My husband went to the optical shop today 4/22/2020 at around 11am. We needed to have the nose pads on my glasses replaced. The technician told him they were only able to help with emergencies before he even told her why he was there. Once he told her what he needed she asked if the glasses were purchased at their shop. He told her they weren't. She then told him she couldnt help him. He then asked "you cant even sell me the nose pads". She said she could and he could check out at the grocery checkout rather than at the optical shop where he was standing. I believe this was very poor customer service.
