Advanced EyeCare Centers Centennial

So I called to make sure my insurance was accepted and that was the first step in my incredible experience here. I was a walk in and didn't have much time so I went straight to the designer section to see which frames they had to offer which included the likes of Versace, Gucci, Tom Ford and such. I narrowed it down to two Gucci pairs in which I purchased both of them since I couldn't decide. The friendly staff put my order in without a problem, my insurance made the prices so friendly I also got a 6 month supply of contacts. I did not get my eye exam here however I had a copy of my eye prescription that they were able to accommodate with the click of a button. Overall my experience here was lovely and I'd definitely do business with them again.

Disappointing Experience After Years of being a customer. I've been a patient at this optometrist's office for over 30 years, a legacy that began with my parents and continues with my own family today. We've consistently trusted them with our eye care needs, and I've always appreciated the longstanding relationship. Recently, however, I had a disappointing experience. When I updated my prescription for new regular glasses, I also had them replace the lenses in two pairs of my sunglasses. Within about six months, both pairs of sunglass lenses became "crazed," turning fuzzy and cloudy. When I brought them in, I was told there was nothing that could be done, and the "crazing" was attributed to leaving them in a hot car. I was surprised and frustrated, as this was information I had never received in my decades as a patient, nor had it ever happened to any of my previous glasses. The explanation given was that "crazing" may or may not occur, and I'd simply been "lucky" up until now. It just so happened that both pairs I had serviced most recently were "ready to get crazed." While I understand that certain conditions can affect lenses, I'm genuinely disappointed that no solution or assistance was offered, especially given my long history with the practice. The comparison made to car paint being affected by the sun, and car buyers not being warned, didn't quite resonate as a satisfactory explanation for the lack of warning about lenses and heat. Moving forward, I hope the practice considers implementing a proactive approach. Perhaps a simple, clear warning at the time of purchase about the risks of leaving glasses in hot cars or other places they may get hot.

I've been seeing these eye doctors since 2017. My eyes have never been better! I have astigmatism and drier eyes, which make for difficulty with contacts. While I thought I had a great eye doctor before I started as a patient here, the treatment and contacts I got here were the best...hands down! In 2020, my doctor suggested Lasik and offered a great recommendation, which was seamless. I still go once a year for an annual check-up to ensure my eyes are good. I also got blue light glasses for screen time here, per their recommendation. I've always been bothered by glasses, but these ones are comfortable. When I wear them, I really feel like they are giving my eyes a break. Couldn't have done it without Advanced EyeCare!

Horrible, the manager lady has no idea what she's doing or knows how to run the staff correctly. One of the optometrists she has blonde hair super skinny. She is very rude to her co-workers. It is very sad how she acts when that woman is a grown adult.

Everyone in this office is helpful, courteous, professional. They took great care to make sure my visit was a good overall experience. Insurance coverage phone calls were made from their office to enable my care to be completely seamless, start to finish. Dr. Redmond is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to explain any questions that come up. He made sure the right prescription was a good fit for my use, particularly. Five stars and no less on this experience.

Best ever. They have a great collection of eye glasses. I am kind of picky person when it comes to glasses and check multiple stores before selecting. I always have found mine in this location. Staff are very friendly, explaining everything in details (insurance coverage, different lenses, frames etc.). Lead time is also very good. I got my prescribed sunglasses and regular glasses in less than a week. Have been their customer for more than three years and will definitely suggest them

Always a pleasant experience at Advanced Eye Care Centennial. Dr. Sherwood was extremely friendly and educated and took his time explaining my whole appointment. Jenifer consistently delivers a top notch experience. There's a reason I haven't gone anywhere else besides AEC Centennial!
