Super friendly from the time you walk in! The staff is awesome and help explain any questions you could have! My son has to have a specific type of test done that usually takes a bit longer but they are quick! I would highly recommend them!!

I had a very good experience... the staff are kind & willing to answer my questions. Dr Mac explained the exray's & what he would do. They were all great! The doctor gave me 3 shots, but I was numb before this( which is good cause I don't like needles); done quickly. I had some discomfort however, Ibuprofen, Tylenol took care of it. The surprise was when the doctor called to check on me!

The staff here have been amazing with my daughter. From start to finish they greet us with smiles and my daughter is always happy and comfortable during her exams. Its a good experience each time and they answer any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend them.

Dr. DeSantis is so wonderful. She did my son's eye surgery a year ago and did such an amazing job making him feel comfortable and knowledgeable every step of the way. Every time we go into her office she greets him with so much kindness and care and is thorough and quick in her exams. She always asks him what he's dressing as for Halloween, or if he's seen Santa yet, or how school is. It's the little extra steps that keep us coming all the way across town to see her. We love the whole team there.

My review is as an adult. I have driven over the years to the Centennial and the Wheat Ridge office locations which was a king drive for me since I do not live near either location but I knew the specialists in staff were the doctors I needed to help me with my vision problems! When I heard that a new office was opening up in Erie, I was excited and could not wait for the opening. Well their Erie Office has opened and even though my doctors are not at that location, I am going to give it a try as it is so much closer and an easier drive. I got an appt right away, front desk staff was friendly and helpful with my insurance questions, and they had all my records from the Wheat Ridge Office pulled up! My new OD is Dr. Bryant and she took the time for a full exam, explained what she was doing, answered my questions, and presented me with "our plan" to correct my vision now after I have had cataract surgery! I fell comfort with the plan, I have had enough exams in my life to know when it is through or not,

I have been so happy with the success I have had with Dr. Arbuckle in resolving a double vision issue I've had for years. I see him on a regular basis and he's continually making updates to my prescription to make sure that I'm able to see as clearly as possible. The new office in Erie is extremely convenient for me. The office staff is efficient and courteous, and I highly recommend

I just received what looks like a fraudulent bill from this practice 8 months after my child was seen. Before I came here I read other reviews about billing issues, and they were right. At first, my insurance wasn't even entered even though it was provided at the appointment. I received a bill that wasn't billed to insurance and I had to fill out additional forms for them in order to bill my child's visit to my insurance which should have been done in the first place. I work in the medical field, and this office is over billing it's patients. I was charged $320 for an "office out patient visit's $295 for a "new patient eye exam" and then $170 for a "special eye evaluation" which isn't even a real code. And now this new bill for $97.26 says I owe money because they had to go back and adjust my original claim? That apparently costs $55. This is nuts. Billing me 8 months later for what looks like a billing mistake on this practices end. And not make matters even worse, my insurance says a claim was never filed. I would recommend finding a more organized practice to take your child.

I found my visit to be very informative and helpful. Staff were curious, they listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. We developed a plan of care together and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
