Dr Stacy Riley tested my daughter and myself at separate appointments in the same week. We were both given detailed explanations of what she was doing as she examined us. Her knowledge and description of how eye correcting lenses work on the eye was the best I've heard in a long while. My daughter has an intellectual disability. Dr Riley spoke to her and asked her questions that were simplified to complete the exam. Felix works in the eye glass department. She's a gem. She helped me get a frame that is more updated and is a whiz at the paperwork and insurance. I highly recommend this office.

I'm going to start by saying I'm normally not a reviewer but my experience with this office and the MyEye doctor requires a review. In June, I started getting daily texts and emails that it was time to schedule my appointment. This lasted until September when I relented and made an appointment in October. October rolled around and I received a call from the office because my benefits weren't available until November so I scheduled another appointment. The week that appointment was scheduled I received another call that the Dr. was not going to be working that Friday after all. I rescheduled again for the first appointment timeslot after lunch. When I arrived I was told that the Dr. was running 30-40 minutes behind so if I needed to be somewhere I might want to reschedule. My immediate response was yes I'll reschedule because I'm not waiting that long for my scheduled eye appointment. My drive time to this business is 25 minutes one way which allowed me to decide that I would relocate might vision provider to a closer location to home. My career has revolved around appointments and I have never been late or had to reschedule a client. I realize people take time off to meet with me and respect their time. If I had even received a phone call that the Dr was running late, I might've stayed with this provider but the principal of the whole scenario suggests they don't care about people's time.

Had a wonderful experience at Myeyedr; they were efficient and thorough with the whole process! Major shoutout to Chloe who was so incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit! She really took the time to make sure I found glasses/lenses that I will be happy with and made the process fun!

The staff were amazing--everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Riley took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Dr Riley and her staff are wonderful! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They are communicative before the appointment with text reminders and also during the appointment about what to expect. Dr Riley takes time to explain impressions and recommendations. I've been at this office for three years and I will continue to return!

We need accommodation for a contact fitting due to vacation plans and you guys fit us in at an uncommon time for fittings. Dr Riley was great and patience with us while she managed her other appointment and without a tech available. We have been coming to this office for years and have appreciated all the care we have received over the years. They truly went above and beyond today.
