Lex & Dave at this location are amazing! I called in to report an issue with my glasses. They looked into my file and seen that I had lost and theft protection. With a little work on their end they were able to order me a new pair free of charge! Needless to say WELL worth it. I would recommend this place (and the protection they offer) to everyone I know!

Amazing doctors and staff, they have been my eye place since 2024. Jasmine help me get set up before seeing the doctor, very friendly and professional. I have hereditary eye that runs in my family, and my Dr checked for that, among other that his profession does, and made sure I heard him of the result. Also he talks to me and took time to soeak to me as a person, not just another patient. Much respect for that amount of effort. And the consultants, especially Lisa, put in more work then they needed to do with me and made sure got the most bang for my buck. Thanks to Dr. Piacentino and the whole staff.

I visited Centennial office for an eye exam, and they gave me an incorrect prescription. My glasses were made with that wrong prescription, so I had to get a second opinion. Even though I had a warranty to replace damaged glasses, they replaced them at Parker location but refused to fix the prescription. On top of that, when I ordered new frames, every update I got was incorrect, and the frames were delayed. I received an update over text that new frames arrived and when I got to the store they first told me frames were not ready. I asked to verify and they found them to find out they have placed the incorrect frame (brand). However, once I requested a replacement with the correct frames and prescription, they did guide me through the new order they were polite and apologetic. I had to make sure they verify the new order to correct two more mistakes (type of lense). I just placed it today, so now I'm waiting again.

The staff there are so friendly, especially Will who often answers the phone. He helped me so much in making sure that this place took in Medicaid. Chloe was so sweet in helping me get my glasses, and Dr. Batalo assisted me in getting the right prescription. Altogether it's really a great location. I also went back several months later, and as I had trouble ordered contact lens, Dr. Craig Piacentino was there and assisted me right away. I thoroughly appreciate their help and assistance.

Long story short, it's been 5 months and I still don't have my lenses I ordered. Incompetent admin staff. Eye exam was fine.

Don't bother to come here if you don't have premium insurance. The exam for just eyeglasses is $255, without the additional examinations. There are a lot of extra fees for basic services which are not disclosed on their website or in any appointment documentation. Additionally, if you need detailed info on the latest coatings or lenses tech, this is not the place. The person that checked me out just knew about the packages they were selling. Would have been better to pay out of pocket elsewhere.

Dave helped me so much with picking out my frames....after trying on basically the entire store of frames!! Thank you Dave!!

A wonderful experience out of all eye doctor locations I have been to.Craig Piacentino was a great choice , great personality , welcoming and professional. Thanks for the great experience and helping with my eye care. The staff including manager is very kind as well. I go between LA and Denver so it was a great find while in Denver. Thank you!
