Updated: we have paid for the service they upcharged us for but they continue to send threatening letters (for $51 ha!) we have long since paid but they want are going to send the $0 amount to collections...
Stay away from this clown act. They will up charge you, bill you incorrectly, and then continue to try and bill you even after you have paid.
They are very pushy and try to up-sale you at every opportunity. They come off as only interested in how much they can charge your insurance for and not how much they can actually help with what you need
