My toddler was the patient and Dr. Berry was exceptional; truly, amazing to see at work! She was incredibility patient in working with a one year old, provided me basic understanding of what was happening and what to look for in the future.

The Dr was great, but the billing department was terrible. I had to ask repeatedly to try and get the information I requested regarding the cost of a procedure the Dr wanted to perform. After not having the information requested provided to me despite multiple requests I demanded to have the information and then the individual I was speaking to refused to attempt to help me any further and transferred me to their manager who did not answer the phone, and did not call me back in a timely manner. If you want to just open your check book and not have any questions about what you are going to be charged then go ahead, the Dr was great.

Everyone at Southwest Eye Consultants is helpful, courteous, professional, and caring. I appreciate that the doctors (and I have worked and been treated by several of them,) each one is willing to discuss their findings and it's implications, options of treatment, and answer questions, even the questions I hadn't thought of yet. The rest of the staff is extremely helpful and courteous as well, from the receptionist at the front desk, the techs, the assistants, to the phlebotomist. Each one explains what they are going to do and why, and puts the patient at ease. The doctors are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Your experience working with this service will certainly be outstanding.

Staff was very friendly. Technician was very nice and explained what she was going to do. Her name was Shantell. Dr was very thorough as well and made me feel comfortable with laser treatment. Other than having a long wait last visit due to previous patient I can't complain

They like to throw hidden charges at you saying "the insurance will pay", then lieing saying we don't bill insurance companies for "non-medical needs" (such as eyeglass prescriptions). On top of that, I wanted over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. This place completely lies about everything. The front told me the Dr would have to call me with my results and never did! Now I have to wait months to have a simple conversation about my results.

After having been very disappointed with the care I received at another local opthalmologist, I found Southwest Eye Consultants. When I walked into the door I received a warm welcome from a pleasant and professional staff. The doctor did a thorough examination, provided me with clear explanation of his findings, answered my questions, and instilled confidence in the treatment I received and continue receiving. I have recommended that my family members also seek out their eye care at Southwest Eye Consultants.

Even though I was 20 minutes late for my appointment I was still seen and had a very good visit, with only typical Dr. office wait times. Very Professional and I recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

Very thorough exam (first one I have ever had). Due to hints of future problems and to prevent development of same, I will now take OTC pills designed to maintain eye health.
