Very impressed with Dr Underwood and his staff. I have a fused neck and they accommodated my needs perfectly. Dr Underwood was thorough and compassionate. I had been going to Farmington for my eye care needs not knowing how great of care I could get a mile away. This will be my eye care professional go to from now on.

My son is disabled and typically needs a little extra time and patience- BOTH of which he recieved by Underwood Optical. I was beyond impressed by the staff. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone.

I'm a relatively new client, and my impressions are entirely positive. Dr. Tyler Underwood's diagnostic tools and processes are top notch. Underwood has included procedures in my eye exams that were an optional expense elsewhere. He recognized that it was time to deal with my growing cataracts and connected me with an eye surgeon, Dr. Z in Durango, who turned out to be excellent. Other Underwood staff have been a pleasure to deal with as well. I spent time with Holly yesterday who helped me select new frames; never have I had so much fun getting fitted for a pair of glasses. The overall vibe at Underwood is the opposite of slick and commercial; it's more like homey and caring.
