My experience at LensCrafters was positive overall. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and the eye exam process was quick and professional. I appreciated how clearly the optometrist explained my prescription and answered my questions. There was a good selection of frames to choose from, and the staff helped me find a pair that fit well and suited my style. Although the prices were a bit high, the convenience and service made the experience worthwhile.

I've had to get a pair of glasses I'd purchased a couple of times due to the frame. On the third visit I was offered to replace the glasses for another, totally different brand and style, that was comparable to the amount I'd paid for my current pair. I was attended by Casey who did an amazing job helping me find the best fitting glasses. His patience and attention to detail where admirable. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. I'll definitely return to the Cherry Creek location for my ongoing vision needs and recommend them to others.

Nova was wonderful. Very efficient and nice to deal with. I thought I was just coming to look at replacement glasses, but she helped me order and be fitted in a short amount of time without me feeling rushed. Overall a great experience!

I received excellent customer service at the Cherry Creek Denver LensCrafters. They have a huge selection of frames and I also prefer LensCrafters because they're owned by Luxottica, which in turn has the very best lenses with their Essilor brand and Crizal anti reflective coatings. You won't be disappointed with these lenses. Store manager Edward Juarez and his team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Kayla at the Cherry Creek Mall was so wonderful. I needed a replacement screw on some glasses that I couldn't find anywhere. Not knowing they were about to close, I asked if she could help. She took her time trying to find the small screw and then went above and beyond by ensuring all the screws were tightened. She was so sweet! Thank you Kayla!

Jonah was so helpful and patient. He was with us for nearly 2 hours and ended up being the life saver at the end finding me frames I loved. Absolutely amazing service and kind souls. I'm not sure of the name of the other cashier working along side him, but they were very kind and personable as well and I DEMAND that both of them be recognized for their contribution to your business.

I bought a Prada frame at LensCrafters in Orlando while visiting the U.S. Since I live in Costa Rica, I had the prescription lenses made there after returning home. Unfortunately, the lab delivered my glasses with the arms completely bent out of shape. Now I'm in Denver, and I decided to take my Prada frame to a LensCrafters location here, hoping they could help fix it. Yvette assisted me, and she was incredibly kind and professional. She tried her best to straighten the arms of the frame, but unfortunately, while adjusting them, the frame broke. It was an irreversible issue, and the frame couldn't be repaired. Even though she wasn't obligated to do so since LensCrafters doesn't take responsibility for damage that happens during or after lenses are installed elsewhere, Yvette went above and beyond. She offered me a new frame at half the price, just to help me out and resolve the situation. I truly appreciate what she did for me. What happened could have happened to any frame sometimes adjustments are just too much for the structure. But Ivette showed great empathy and went the extra mile to make things right. I'm very grateful for her help and highly admire her service and attitude. Thank you, Yvette, and thank you LensCrafters!

Amber is phenomenal! Her excellent customer service, extreme patience, and expertise made it possible for me to get the perfect pair of glasses.
