All The staff at Omni Eye specialists have treated me and my concerns, in the most professional and courteous manner, with every appointment. My doctor is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Omni Eye Specialist is more concerned with your vision, then making a buck. I have had no problems with appointments, billing, or referrals. I would highly recommend omni eye specialist For any of your vision needs.

I thought my appointment was at 9:40, but it was actually at 9:20, but they were able to accommodate me. I really appreciated that, as I had a 45 minute drive each way. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Thanks again!!!

Front staff (Amanda) was not helpful and kept transferring me to a technician line which only goes to voicemail that is not checked. Never got a call back after 1 week (for Prior Auth and a Med Change Approval). Pharmacy also had to leave several messages and finally got a hold of a tech (Breanna or Anna) who yelled at the pharmacy tech that they are working on a prior auth that apparently was never even started when the pharmacy called the insurance. They gave us no resolution or time frame and said they were short staffed and hung up on the pharmacy tech. This is not good customer service which is very unfortunate as Dr. Tian and Trey were awesome.

I was referred to Omni Eye by my optometrist after one year of worsening symptoms despite attempts to manage with the help of my optometrist. I felt understood, from my first appointment. The provider understood my symptoms not just as a doctor but also as a patient. I felt seen. The prescription achieved results quickly. I am so happy that I came to Omni Eye. I know that I am in great hands with my provider.

For chronic issues, seek help elsewhere. The docs seem to know what they are doing, but if you need any issue handled with medication management or emergency appointment management, you will be better off with a different company. ---I was given a weekend appointment to an office that was closed on Saturday. The cost of rides to and from the office were not recouped by me.--I was charged for an office appointment with a doctor for telemedicine ... but I didn't speak to a doctor. --My biggest problem though is not with all overcharge... The corporate phone system has you on the phone for hours trying to resolve medication and appoint issues, that the staff , at times, directly caused.. in addition to the difficulties in explaining your issues to nonEnglish speaking people over the phone. The lack of care, due to incompetence on the office staff side is the problem with this place. I waited 2 hours to find out they messed up and didn't put my chart in the right place. I was told to go back and sit down till the next available appointment when I brought it to their attention. No apology. ----another visit... They scheduled my surgery for 12:30. I waited till 2:30. There were no emergency procedures going on, just poor office management. If you don't have a life, and think sitting in a doctor's offices is a good way to spend your day, this is your place.

I set an appointment with Dr. Tian at Omni Eye Specialists in the Cherry Creek area of Denver as his credentials, ie. education residency and specialties looked very good. I am elated with his work. I went in unable to read street signs until I had essentially driven up to them, to now reading them a half block away! He performed YAG Laser surgery on my left eye and the next day I had 20/20 vision in that eye. It's wonderful to see so well again. I highly recommend Dr. Tian and his team.

I took my mom to Omni Eye Specialists in Denver for cataract surgery on both eyes, two weeks apart, and every visit she was treated with kindness, respect, and care. The entire staff was professional, patient, and made sure she felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. My mom is very happy with her results. Highly recommend.
