This was the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me find frames, even ordering several styles for me to choose from. Dr. Arneson spent so much time with me, really explaining everything in detail. I have struggled with dry eyes and eyelid irritation for years and have never been helped by previous optometrists. Finally I am getting some relief! I highly recommend this practice!

My first visit was a great experience from start to finish! I was able to get scheduled much quicker than I had anticipated, and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. It's obvious they didn't cut corners with their high-tech equipment. Dr Arneson was easy to communicate with and thorough in explaining useful information, and finding new frames with the staff was like shopping with friends. I left feeling in good hands. Highly recommend this office for eye care needs!

Dr. Arneson and all the staff at EnVision are lovely to work with. Everyone is extremely kind and considerate and truly put their patients first! Best eye care around.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. The office is also very cool and clean looking. I did have some insurance problems but the staff were very patient and thorough in getting it resolved for me so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket.

I went here once and the doctor was nice and the office was clean and modern. Although, I did leave and still struggle with clear vision. I scheduled another appointment, and had to take a discretionary day from work because they are closed on Fridays when I have the day due to being a teacher. They sent me several confirmation notices stating if I needed to cancel I would have to give a 48hr notice or be charged. I confirmed each notice. The morning of the appointment the office called and cancelled the appointment two hrs before the appointment. I called and they said the doctor was sick, which happens, I asked if I get reimbursed since I took 1 out of my only 4 discretionary days for this appointment and was not notified 48 hrs in advance or even 24 hrs in advance. Of course they were speechless. I know this may sound mean but when I call in sick even at the last minute, I have to put in for a sub. I am not going back. Because I need to see and do not like inconsistencies.

Dr. Arnison is great with all ages, answers all of our questions, takes the time to make sure we understand, is so kind, and she and her staff care about our whole family so well!! We've been seeing her for 10 years with no complaints, only compliments. We love going to see the eye doctor! Highly recommend!!

I just had the best eye exam of my life! (66 years) I loved Dr. Arneson- she was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and she diagnosed two problems right away that I have been fighting for nearly 3 years with no help from my previous doctor. I have already highly recommended Envision to 3 people!
