After Dr. Z finished the surgery ha told me I was the last surgery of the day so I should just go up to his office for the post op visit so I didn't have to come back in an hour. The medical assistant needs to consider limited movement in elderly patients. She had my mom move from her wheelchair into the exam chair, the assistant didn't use the equipment on the exam chair. The assistant could've just tested my mom's vision with the light while my mom sat in her wheelchair. Plus the assistant didn't try to assist us in transferring my mom from chair to chair.
Dr Z is always wonderful and considerate with my mom, he assist with transfer of my mom from exam chair back to wheel chair. Dr Z always explains procedure to myself or my sister.
