From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Morgan was incredibly patient with me when I was trying to determine which view was clearer. I tend to process things slowly, and in the past, other optometrists have rushed me through this part of the exam--but Dr. Morgan took the time to make sure I got it right. Took my mother in law to see Doctor Morgan Miller and he was very professional. She has a complex medical history and he took his time to go through in detail her concerns and slow down and listen to her. He cares. He treated us more than just another number. Her glasses are amazing, fast easy process to pick out a pair she loved and when they came in, the ladies called right away. Such a great family owned practice with father/son doctors. The ladies at the front laughed and made the environment fun. Thank you for taking care of our community.

Moved to DRO a few years ago. Our 14 year old daughter is a patient because our insurance covers her way better than us. Now I'm a loyal customer too. I was assaulted at an incident downtown and the DRO police have referred the case to the DA, which will be prosecuting the assailant. As a result of the attack, my glasses were broken and the DA needs a receipt or estimate for the cost of the glasses. Went to HCO yesterday morning to explain the situation and get an estimate for new glasses and make an appt as a new customer to have eye came and get new glasses. The woman helping immediately says, "I can fix those" which I didn't really believe. 15 min later, glasses are fixed, at no charge, and I have an appt in 2 weeks. Terrific people and incredible service.

Great Doctor (Morgan Miller). He was exceptional with my two year old. Walked her through each step before asking her to do something. Very respectful manner and very professional. Would highly recommend Morgan.

My appointment was booked three months in advance. 23 minutes before my appointment they call and tell me they need to reschedule because the doctor has been sick all week. So right off the bat, why did you wait until 23 minutes before my appointment to call me if the doctor has been out all week? Then, when I ask when I can reschedule, the lady says they are booked for weeks out. Yeah, I know, that's why I booked three months ago. Anyways, instead of doing the logical thing and just moving the appointments that got cancelled to the front of the "line" or making the doctor stay an extra hour each day to catch up on missed patients (same as anyone who misses work would have to do) she says we all have to go to the "back of the line" and reschedule for weeks out again. Staff also refused to have the manager contact me. Emma raised her voice and began arguing with me before telling me they were dropping me as a patient, which I doubt the phone operator actually has the power to do, but she got some choice words anyways. Great customer service y'all. You just lost a ten year customer.
