It took four months to get an appointment. They don't do a cancelation list--you have to keep calling to try to get a cancellation spot. Then we I arrived they were running 30 min late because of a surgery which is understandable but I asked why they didn't call and let appointments know--they don't do that. After waiting 45 minutes I left. There is in consideration for patients time. I will find another doctor that can deal with people who have busy schedules and care about their patients. The front desk has no regard for the patients.

Between 3 to five minutes that i got to see Dr.Rose were fine. It did take me one hour and forty minutes to see her. This is unacceptable. I was told it was due to shortage of staff. This has occurred each time i have had an appointment. Then i was told because of the techs being behind. They had done their part of the visit promptly and very professionally. Patients should not have to wait this long. Im hoping that in her 3 to 5 minute visit she was able to see everything about my eyes.

I have just completed my lens replacement with Dr. Rose and recommend her highly. I chose to use the light adjustable lens (LAL) and recommend these also. Dr. Rose was awesome to work with during the pre-op, surgery, and post-op adjustment processes. She is very kind, patient, and professional as she guides you through everything. I am so excited that I no longer need any glasses!
