They are so kind and understanding and great customer service. I think they told me that the eye care is separate from Walmart, which makes sense because Walmart and good customer service don't often go hand in hand. They always adjust my glasses for free and the other day I had to get 4 glasses adjustments and needed one pair fixed and everything was done perfect in like 20 minutes. They were even nice enough to give me and my kiddo each a glasses cleaning kit and a little canvas bag to carry all my glasses that I had brought in. Again, I hate Walmart the grocery store, but I love the eye center

I went there to get an eye exam today (Saturday) and was told I needed an appointment and that the optometrist was off on weekends. I told Cherilyn as she handed me a card to call for an appointment that my glasses needed replacing because they had been stepped on. She offered to adjust them and went so far as to make my damaged glasses like new. Lucky for me they were not busy. Cherilyn was awesome! I highly recommend this place for their personal touch and concern for the customer. Went there again for an adjustment and a quote on a spare pair of glasses. Roxanne gave me the PD number needed to order a spare set from a third party. That was a very unselfish move and one I or any customer would appreciate. Great customer service!
