I have Medicaid/ Colorado Health Plan, & I've been getting my glasses for years, in this Valley. Medicaid pays for the visit, & the lenses, no special additions or anything. But Dr Pence is supposedly a Medicaid Dr. I desperately need new lenses, but I have a pair of frames that I love, & wanted to use them. I was told that it would cost me $600!!! That's illegal, if you are taking Medicaid, you can't charge what they pay for!! I was disrespected, & talked down to, by Anne Pence, she said that I was lying about Medicaid. Please, please don't do business with Dr Pence, she's not a good person!!

I am very pleased with my new prescriptions for both readers and distance safety glasses for Pickleball. Dr. Pence was very professional and explained all the tests to me while she was performing my eye exam. Several Optometrists have struggled giving me an accurate exam, since I had lasik 20 years ago. Dr. Pence's prescriptions are spot-on and I appreciated her patience during the exam...I highly recommend her!
