Efficient, friendly, helpful and were able to squeeze me in w a medical issue. It's been difficult to get appts in the last few years. So grateful Dr was able to make room for me. Highly recommended.

I've been here twice. Once last year and today. Each time I called the front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice. The older lady who helps upfront is also a sweetheart. Both my experiences with Dr. Pence were extremely pleasant and I had no issues at all. I see a lot of negative reviews but as busy as this location can be and known for being the only optometrist in the area, I don't blame her on a bad day. Dr. Pence has been amazing helping me understand the changes in my vision and what I should do to help my focus. I trust her guidance and will continue to see her. Thank you, Dr. Pence, for being so knowledgeable in what you do!

I cannot recommend Dr. Pence enough! She actually takes the time to explain what the tests are for and gives tips for healthier eyes. This is the first eye doctor appointment where I walked out learning so many things! Thank you, Dr. Pence!!!!

Very busy but efficient full service vision care clinic in Eagle. I had a bit of a complex case but Dr Pence was abundantly knowledgeable, caring and went way beyond as did her staff. I needed a Humphrey scan, full retinal imaging and an OCT. Only place in the Vail Valley to get these advanced tests. Can't recommend enough but with great service comes a large number of patients! Plan ahead - if you can get in!

It took 3 months to get a contact prescription only sort of figured out. I was given an RX print out of my old prescription, the wrong sample contacts were ordered 2 times, She had me sample contacts in the wrong eyes and took WEEKS to get samples in for me to even try. When I started to complain because I had completely run out of my old contacts Dr Pence was defensive and rude about it. I would NOT recommend her. She takes no responsibility for her behavior or her terrible service.

Very unprofessional and very rude Dr.(Ann Pence) Her staff looks like their going to yell at you just for asking questions I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. No patient should be treated poorly I agree with all those people who gave her a poor review. I went in for an eye exam and got yelled at by the Dr. Simply because I had to call my mom for question about my eyes when I was a minor she said if I still needed my mommy as an adult if I knew what I was doing at her office for the medical appointment ZERO STARS

She is just a very rude and unhappy person... so be ready!!
