Exceptional service and quality of product. Kedi was great from walking me through lens options and getting then fitted into the frame. Highly recommended. I used to come in here to get cleaning supplies, one of the staff members was generous with their cloths which earned my business. I'd certainly recommend them for all your optometry and sun/eyeglass needs.

Excellent service from Mia who helped change out lenses in my daughters frames. She was super knowledgeable about many brands and kid specific concerns. We were welcomed to come back even though they don't sell kid frames. Really nice experience overall.

The Eye Pieces shop in Edwards has a great selection of eye wear and the most friendly, knowledgeable personnel. Love going into their shop for any optical needs. My last purchase was a pair of Oakleys for mountain biking and they helped me pick the right size for my face frame. Hands down the best of the best!

This is the first time I've purchased frames & lenses from a non-general store (like a Walmart, Costco, etc.). And I could not be happier with my purchase. These are my favorite glasses I've ever owned. I take care of them better than any glasses I've previously owned. They were more expensive than any glasses I previously owned, but justifiable through the uniqueness of the frames, the service at Eye Pieces and based on my overall satisfaction with the purchase. I have never loved a pair of glasses this much! If anything happens to these I'll be heartbroken. The selection at the Edwards location was plentiful and I found frames that complement my skin complexion and hair color. A perfect match! This was an insanely refreshing change compared to the past, where I would just select "the best (average) frames available". The classic generic glasses, I didn't take care of those very well because I didn't really care about them or have any connection. I want to thank Eye Pieces for creating a connection between me and my eyewear that I've never had before. It's empowering. Sincerely, Andrew

Popped in today at the EDWARDS STORE at EDWARDS CORNER as a walk in needing some simple adjustments etc. Immediately welcomed by staff (Mia) and she took care of my straightforward request while I waited. Store space is tasteful, very comfortable, well appointed. A lot of inventory displayed and accessible. I hadn't needed an optician in this community before now, but was so pleased to have this experience. It's always to have your expectations exceeded !

I can't comment on the overall experience. I cancelled my appointment after learning they don't take any insurance. I have a good vision plan, but was told they would give me a receipt and I could submit it on my own. To put that on the customer tells me that they really don't care about my business. The storefront was nice and the front desk was nice and helpful giving that info.
