I had such an amazing experience here. Easily the best eyeglass and vision place in the Valley. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was explained clearly and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Love Dr. James and have had great experiences here (minus the very high cost of cheap glasses). Scheduling routine appointments 2.5 months out is ridiculous though. And in reading other reviews regarding this same issue, I am appalled to see a review mentioning patient information. Bummed that I have to find a new eye doctor and can't get the same continuity of care.

Horrible experience! So disappointed Receptionist so rude and unhelpful. Told me she was too busy, so I had to call back. When I called back, I explained that I was hoping to get in soon, as I was having issues with my contacts and could not read text on my monitor at work. I was told I had used up my one apt for the year and had to wait until January. I explained that I would pay and not worried about insurance, but she said she still would not get me in until Jan. Kept insisting I had used my yearly apt. Guess I will go to Frisco have to start all over with an eye exam. So annoying. Love the customer service!

First visit with Vail Vision. I was very pleased with their service. Very efficient and timely. I had both an examine and glasses fitted.

I have been a patient since 2016. When I requested an appointment for an eye issue, I was told no one could see me until January, which is unacceptable. Apparently, there is only one ophthalmologist left in the practice where there used to be at least three. On top of that, messages are not returned and the receptionist is surly. She invited me to go elsewhere and I will take her advice. Goodbye, Vail Vision.

I recently had an experience with an optometrist that truly exceeded all expectations, and I simply had to share it. My favorite glasses, which I rely on daily, suffered a mishap and ended up with a broken frame. Feeling a bit desperate, I first visited another optical shop located just two minutes away from this one. To my disappointment, after a quick assessment, they informed me that the frame was beyond repair and suggested I purchase a new pair. It was frustrating, to say the least, to be met with such a quick dismissal. However, I decided to try my luck with a different optometrist, and I am so incredibly glad I did. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. I explained my predicament, and without hesitation, they took my glasses to have a look. To my amazement, the optometrist was not only able to fix the broken frame but did so quickly and with remarkable precision. What truly astonished me was that they didn't even charge me for the repair! It was an act of genuine kindness and professionalism that you rarely encounter these days. These guys are definitely skilled and truly know what they are doing. Their ability to mend a frame that another shop deemed irreparable speaks volumes about their expertise and commitment to their craft. It's clear they possess a deep understanding of optical mechanics and a dedication to finding solutions for their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for an optometrist who combines exceptional technical skill with outstanding customer care, this is the place to go. They've certainly earned a loyal customer in me!

I have been waiting seven weeks for a pair of glasses (paid in full). The estimated time I was given was 3-4 weeks. I'm unsure what the problem is.

I don't recommend this practice. The Doctors are good but the staff are truly terrible, 4.6 stars on Google and 2.9 on Yelp tells you everything.
