This was my first time going to this office. I found them through my insurance and read some good reviews so I wanted to add to it. The whole experience was great. I was greeted as soon as I came through the doors and helped with a smile. I didn't wait long before I was taken back and had the initial part of my exam done. Again smiles, nice conversation, Look like the latest and greatest equipment. I then met with the doctor. He also was very nice and kind and explained everything to me very well. He then walked me out to where I got my glasses and again a wonderful experience with the optician who helped me find my glasses and get them ordered. Again, she walked me to check out wonderful experience lovely conversation smiles explained all of my charges and help me check out. I would highly recommend.

Andrew at check-in made everything easy, Maddie was a great technician, Dr. Schneider was thorough and personable during my eye exam, and Diane made the checkout process a breeze. Dr Charbonneua and the technician Erin provided great care and were very professional and thorough. Amy the optician was incredibly helpful through the process of getting glasses. My experience here was so amazing. The receptionist Tori helped me check in and was super kind. My techs Corinna and Maddie were so helpful! She answered all my questions and walked me through everything while making me feel very comfortable. I saw Dr. Charbonneau and he was also very nice and helpful. I had a great first time experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Eyecare Associates!!

Everyone was great at their jobs. I am happy with the doctor, Dr DeHayes-Rice. As a patient she treated me very well. I especially liked my experience with Kaitlyn in optical. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She helped me pick my frames. Made it an easy decision.
