Zach H is the BEST! He was so kind, accurate, timely, and understanding of my situation. This eyemart made my glasses within 15 minutes multiple different times after I got updated prescriptions from different eye doctors. Which is so amazing and exceeded my expectations. Huge shout out for Zach and all his help! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I have to say, Zach is always out to help customers! He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind to customers. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EyeMart Express in Fort Collins. We purchased glasses for my 8-year-old, and after multiple visits and countless hours spent going back and forth to the store, the glasses still did not work for my child. After several failed attempts to fix the issue, we decided to start the return process. That's when things got even worse. The staff took the glasses and the frames, told me the "store manager who goes back and forth between stores" was not available, and said the manager would call me back. Weeks went by with no call, no voicemail, nothing. I called again, and this time they assured me they would personally pass along the message and I would hear back within 24 hours. Yet again, a month passed with no call and no follow-up. We paid around $650, and to this day we have received no refund, no resolution, and not even an apology. All of this happened while my family was going through a major life change and trying to carefully manage every dollar. This experience felt like a slap in the face. I expected honesty, professionalism, and at the very least, basic communication. Instead, we were ignored and left without the product we paid for or the money we spent. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this location.

I had a great experience from start to finish. My prescription glasses were ready in just 20 minutes after my visit, which was amazing. They also had a large selection of frames to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.

Didn't have much time after my eye appointment. Vision changed a little bit so I stopped in and got new glasses. The gentleman who helped me was kind, very helpful and truthful. Haven't gotten my new glasses yet but I'm sure I'll love them. Glad I know if ever I need vision assistance.

I could not speak highly enough about this establishment! I have been taking my (special needs) daughter to a different place for over 15 years; I heard about Eyemart from another Mother and I can truly say I was floored by the difference in personal touches given by every single staff member. The glasses selection is huge and I got her glasses the NEXT DAY vs 3 weeks at the other place. I am so happy with my decision to give them a try!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Glasses were made in just 42 minutes. Olivia is Awesome, she really knows her stuff!!!
