Wonderful experience altogether! Reception staff was very kind, Dr. was absolutely amazing and so great with explaining everything going on with my child even to the extent that my child could understand. Picking out glasses was a great experience, my son was able to pick out and try on everything until he found what he liked. He left smiling and so excited!

Have been going here for years as well as my family. Always get treated with outstanding customer service! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for any vision needs. Dr. Hilbert, Yamilex, & Rita are always ready to help

This was my second visit to the Family Vision Clinic & Optical. With the turnover speed that so many optometrist shops seem to have now, I was so pleasantly surprised that Dr. Hilbert was still here. Over my 50 plus years of eye exams, glasses, hard contacts, soft contacts, I find that I've become very loyal to those who treat me with respect, educate me, and make me feel like my eye sight is as important to them as it is to me. I can't walk, so I get around via scooter. Juan took me to the various rooms for the eye tests and I was able to move freely and easily. They had a new machine I wasn't familiar with, and Juan took the time to explain its use and the godsend it is to provide them with even better eye exams. Then off to Dr. Hilbert. I don't believe he remembered me, but after giving a large sigh of relief that he was still there, I explained how fortunate I felt that he was still there. My last pair of hard contacts had been so comfortable that I'd worn them for 3 years. I knew they were old and losing shape, needed to get in, but procrastinated until I dropped one and couldn't find it. I really appreciate how each member of this team treats you like they aren't on time constraints. They each take the time to ask for your concerns and to address them. Dr. Hilbert wanted to give me my prescription for if I decided to get glasses to go along with my contacts over the year. He knows I'm on a tight budget, and other places offer lower priced glasses due to the volume they sell. Seems really disrespectful and unfair to me to have him and his staff go through all the work of finding what will enable you to see clearly, and instead of spending a little more $ to keep them operating, you opt for a discount elsewhere. I have encouraged anyone who asks about eye care, to go to the Family Vision Clinic, you'll be glad you did!

Dr Hilbert is amazing. With new eye health situations, he was educational. So patient and kind. The gals at the front desk are friendly and helpful on the phone and in person . And a special shout out to Juan who did all my tests. Ty Juan for explaining everything to me. I have been going here for years and will continue for many more. Ty Dr Hilbert and awesome staff .

Dr Hilbert & his staff are very professional & pleasant to work with. After I moved to Sterling, I tried a Sterling eye doc, then decided after getting rude and less than professional doc & staff, Dr Hilbert is definitely worth the drive to Ft Morgan! I already tell people how much better the exam is with Dr Hilbert & staff than received from others. I have been a patient for over 10 years & worn contacts for over 50 years, so I have seen many doctors. He's very good!!!

I broke my glasses and needed an exam ASAP. I called and, as expected, I wouldn't be able to be seen right away. However, the receptionist called me later that day because there had been a cancelation. She was absolutely sweet and thoughtful! The assistants were incredible. One even helped me choose new, cute frames. The doctor was great, also. I very much wish I could remember his name, but I'm fairly certain he's the only optometrist there. This was my 3rd visit over the years and the others were just as positive.
