Do not come here. This doctor never sent me a bill and sent my debt to collections upon investigation it was from an appointment from when i was a minor he never billed my mom and then a couple years later charged me a "missed appointment fee" for an appointment i never made and then send the entire amount with the date from the "missed appointment" so that it seemed like i was liable for the appointment i had when i was underage.
