Dr. Hoang is wonderful! She explains everything, answers all your questions, and does it with a friendly professionalism. She is obviously very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend her. Great experience. I've only met with Dr. Hoang one time, but she was very friendly. And she may be young, but she's an MD nevertheless, so respect where it is due! No problem with my refusal of dilation so I could get back to work immediately after.
Gave me a recommendation for different over-the-counter drops she likes, and defended her reasoning. (very important to me early on)

Dr. Hoang was great! She was professional, knowledgeable, & kind. Her exam of my eyes was quick but thorough.
However, the staff member that took me back to do my initial tests refused to wash her hands (she was sick & wearing a mask) prior to touching me & the equipment she was using. She was rude and unfriendly during the entirety of our interaction.
