I had a very good experience at Advanced Family Eyecare. Dr. Jennifer Nightingale was incredibly patient and took the time to answer every question and discuss options, which made the whole process feel calm and reassuring. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
I especially want to thank Kara for making big decisions feel easy. I've needed glasses for years but always walked away from other offices feeling overwhelmed by too many choices. Kara completely changed that. She guided me through everything with so much kindness and helped me find glasses that are both stylish and functional. When I drove home after picking them up yesterday my improved night vision at dusk was a noticeable difference!
I'm so grateful I finally did this, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Strongly recommend!

Very similar experience to Denise below. Awful customer service after their lab broke my frames when putting in an updated lens. The frames they broke were older (12 years) but high quality from SEE eyewear and had lens replaced multiple times with no issue. Their solution was me buying one of their frames with a 30% discount. They hide behind the frame waiver I signed but if they actually cared about their patients they would make this right by replacing the frames in full.
Do not send any glasses you care about to this place for new lens.
Sad thing is the doctor is great but office staff is arrogant and unhelpful.

I feel deceived. I was encourage to purchase the most expensive progressive lenses with the promise that I could switch to single-vision lenses if I wasn't happy. What they failed to mention (and I failed to clarify) was that they would keep all the money for their highest priced lenses even if I downgraded.
What I ended up with was single vision lenses for the price of their most expensive progressive lenses. What the billed as a win-win for me was really just a win-win for them.

My experience with this place was terrible and the staff was very uncooperative, less than polite and refused to give a receipt. Now they keep calling for an appointment as it's time for a new eye exam. I called and told them to stop harrasing me and to stop calling. Because I gave them the phone number they were calling but refused to give social security number they hung up on me.

Dr. Stanga is absolutely amazing!! I have been going to him since I was a little girl - I can't even imagine seeing another doctor. He is so kind and cares about all his patients. He informs me about everything he is doing and always answers any questions I have. It's no wonder he only has 5 star ratings! The front office staff is fabulous too, they always help me tighten my glasses when I come in and make ordering my contacts a breeze. This is the only doctor's appointment I actually look forward to!
