Donna is great. Very friendly, and very skilled. She really helped, and Dr. John was very helpful and skilled. This was a great experience. Professional, helpful and friendly. A rating of 10 out of 10. A well trained and efficient group!!

This is my first time using America's Best. I was greeted by Star, who was amazing and went out of her way to take care of me. The optometrist Dr. Kaiser was so kind, Professional and attentive to my eye care. When it came time to pick out my glasses, Donna was my technician. Donna and I were able to pick out two pairs of glasses that I am so excited about! I really feel like I had a connection with the whole team. I definitely did save money going to America's Best. It wasn't cheap because I picked out two pairs of glasses with all of the Options available. I'm impressed with all of the options that they offer offered me. I got the anti-glare, Transition with Polarization and Multifocal!! Donna and I pulled out all the stops!! My glasses should be shipped to me within two weeks and I couldn't be more excited! I also like the fact that America's Best is nationwide so if I'm traveling, and I forgot my contact lenses they'll have my prescription available at any store. I've been an America's Best patient since 1996. During this time I've moved to 3 different states and been seen by 5-7 different locations. Also during this time it was an America's Best doctor that detected my left eye being at risk for retinal detachment and saved my vision by referring me to a specialist in a timely manner. It was also an America's Best doctor that detect my eyes to be at an early stage with cataracts and referred me to a specialist in a timely manner. I've always been satisfied with their doctors and staff; hence, the long time loyalty. I'm now new to Denver and chose this location based on reviews. Jazmin gave me the upmost customer service care that I've experienced since being a patient with America's Best. She set the bar high for the other locations. She was very patient with all my questions and spent a significant amount of time educating me about my insurance coverage and benefits as well as my Americas Best Club's benefits so that I could best take advantage of them. She also educated me on importance of setting my eye appointment rather sooner than later. I'm very glad I called this location because due to my experience with Jazmin I will now make this my home vision care location.

Th associates at this location, especially Alison and the Optometrist (I didn't catch her name) were so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been a customer at America's Best for years and this was by far the best experience I have had from the exam, to choosing my frames, to checking out with Alison. This team here is wonderful! I can not rave enough about how well I was taken care of by Quanesha and her staff, not only for my initial visit but definitely after today. I went in to pick up a pair of trials that were my old script that I was supposed to get after my initial appt, but when I went in all I was told all they had were the boxes we order. I was confused because it was discussed at the initial appt I would try the trials and if I wanted to change to the slightly enhanced new prescription I could just return the boxes and we would reorder. So with no trials I just took the boxes and figured the decision was now set in stone and I was stuck with my old script until I used them all. Now to today... I went in to pickup a trial pair they found, mind you I have already used sets from the boxes I took home, so I figured just an extra set at this point. I was greeted by Quanesha and told her what I was in for and expressed my confusion but understood the now stuck situation I put myself in opening and using the old script. She expressed her apologies and said we will work this out and make it better. Definitely didn't expect that. She then proceeded to check the Doctor's schedule and took me straight in back to recheck my eyes so we could order the updated prescription contacts. She placed the order real quick, gave me the trails to use so I can bring back the old open boxes when my new ones come in. I am blown away with the astounding customer service that I was provided and didn't even have to ask for! That's not something we get to experience very much anymore as consumer's, and I feel we've stopped expecting it as well. The whole team at America's Best in Littleton went above and beyond to make my eyes and me happy and healthy while taking ownership of a miscommunication situation and making it one of the best experiences I've had as a consumer in a very long time. I've always come to this location because the doctors we great but now with the current staff its the place I'll continue to go to for eye care and refer everyone I know to this location. Today my brother &I both came in for eye Exams. I just wanted to compliment the front staff for their kind and friendly deminor! Also, Dr.Kaiser was EXCELLENT! He even asked if I'd want a reading prescription on top of my regular one, just by noticing I listed Tattoo Artist as my occupation! I genuinely have never been asked that before, and appreciate his attention to detail! Just caring enough to recommend that is super kind, and I've been buzzing about it all day! Thank you all for a great experience!

My whole experience was fantastic, but Donna was the absolute best! I've never shopped for glasses before and she was there every step of the way as I was trying to pick out frames. She even lead me to the men's frames cause those were more in line with what I was looking for. She even followed up with me and my choices before I checked out. Thank you so much America's Best and Miss Donna for being so great and so so helpful. As I lost first time glasses shopper and neurodivergent lady, Donna made me feel so accepted and seen and helped me only pick frames that actually fit my face. I was so stressed going into this, but she made it all far better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you Donna and Star and the rest of the America's Best Littleton team!!!

I have to give ALL credit to Jasmine. It was her noticing then commenting on the nose guard issue with a solution. Where I previously purchased glasses they didn't resolve this issue. Today I went back specifically to see Jasmine who resolved the pressure caused. If Jasmine hadn't originally mentioned the issue I probably would have left to "think about it"...I'm a senior who appreciates knowledge and customer service. Jasmine's deserves recognition for sure...word of mouth recommendations is worth alit these days. Give this employee a raise!!!
