Dr. Morton is very thorough and made a huge difference in how my prescription was prepared. Staff are amazing and really knowledgeable on lenses and frames. Highly recommend BuckEye Vision, they go above and beyond the rest.

Knowledgeable doctors, they just messed up my prescription twice, bad communication and gave me glasses with different style that I ordered. I have headache as a result for using them, not sure if they checked the correction for them. I wouldn't order any type of glasses in there.

fantastic if you want somewhere that operates like it's 1980. this was my first time switching from a bigger brand for eye appointments and I'll be switching right back. It's a communication / admin issue.

Would NOT recommend! The office chose the 2 cent screw I needed for my dyslexic autistic child's glasses instead of keeping 5 accounts. I needed just a screw to fix my son's glasses we literally just bought 2 weeks ago and ALREADY FELL APART and the 2 office ladies looked right at the broken glasses and heard me loudly say I just need a screw to fix my son's glasses and they walked away without helping because it was their lunch and I guess that means you can't help a parent in need so their 8 yr old can read and work in classes. Hands down, will never recommend an office with zero compassion and literally looks at you, knows why you're there and chooses to walk away instead. Lost 5 patients in a 2 minute span. Hope it was worth it to Dr. Morton

I got a pretty good scratch in my eye and needed someone to take a look and check it out. I saw BuckEye had great reviews and was not disappointed. Dr Morton's office got me in quickly. He was very kind, thorough and you can tell he cares about his patients. His staff was also great.

Dr. Morton and his staff at Buckeye Vision are fantastic. He is thorough and really cares about your eye health and that you have the right solution for your life, whether it's computer glasses or prescription sunglasses. And his staff are great at fitting glasses. You can always drop in for an adjustment. They're not pushy about new glasses if your prescription has not changed enough to really warrant new glasses. Overall, I feel my eyes are in good hands here.

Buckeye Vision Care is truly exceptional. I had a seamless experience from my first phone call to schedule my appointment. Ben got me scheduled right away. When I got there, Pam and Catharine started the exam and gave me clear instructions; both were kind and friendly. Dr. Morton was extremely efficient, friendly, and has some of the best bedside (chairside?) manner I have ever experienced with a medical professional. I had a fantastic experience and will recommend Buckeye Vision Care.

The absolute worst experience. Sherry Shepherd is a joke of a doctor. Absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. She came in the room and didn't even make eye contact until about 5 minutes in and barely looked at me more than 2-3 times the entire visit. The she immediately told me to stop talking as she needed to read what was entered in the computer. When she started reading the narrative for why I was there, and I responded to her question, she immediately placed her hand up to stop me and said she didn't need to hear that right now. She then went through my complaint but literally word for word as she was more preoccupied with typing it into the computer than actually listening to me. Wouldn't let me say more than 2-3 words at a time or said I was talking too fast and she had to type it, and to stop. She then proceeded to say what I was feeling was normal, and I should just take 2 Ibuprofen tablets twice a day, use some artificial tears and I'll be fine. When I reiterated that I was unable to move my eye without pain and had blurred vision and swelling and I literally couldn't function and that I was concerned that those things had only worsened my symptoms thus far, she just said it'll go away and proceeded to attempt to end the visit. I was so upset that I started crying and had to ask her to please listen to me as she continued to ignore my concerns. She eventually stepped out and said she had to check something and left. She ended up giving me a prescription to help but the prescription was not written correctly (should have been drops for just a few days but the Rx was for daily and with 6 months of refills). I left the office in tears as I was so incredibly frustrated. The front office and the assistant who checked me in: fabulous.. so nice! But the doctor, the one person that needed to be attentive, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable; she was anything but this. Literally the worst experience and I will never return or recommend this doctor or practice.
