Chatfield Eye Care

Dr. Knapp is an incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. After suffering a corneal abrasion, Dr. Knapp saw me daily to ensure all was healing properly and helped make the healing process as comfortable as possible. Appointments never felt rushed and he always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The front desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful with scheduling. I cannot recommend Chatfield Eye Care enough and I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing doctor!!

As others have already stated, Dr. Knapp is extremely thorough, knowledgable, kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, his staff are an extremely poor reflection of his practice. My experience with Linda at the front desk soured my whole visit. After declining digital photos in writing, photos were still taken and I was charged 4x what was originally discussed and agreed upon. When I called to inquire about reversing the charge I didnt consent to I was told the photos were already taken, that it was standard procedure for new patients, and to deal with it. On a follow up call, Christy was kind enough to help me resolve my concern - which only reiterates to me that Linda had the option to help, but chose not to. I find this treatment extremely unprofessional and upsetting. Based solely on the way I was treated by his staff, I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

So love working with the folks at Chatfield Eye Care!! The front desk is great to work with, Dr. Knapp is terrific, and honestly I can't imaging going anywhere else. I've changed insurance providers just to be able to continue working with Dr. Knapp and his staff.

Great eye doctor, outside of that every other aspect was one star. The staff on multiple occasions made me feel uncomfortable by insulting me or arguing with each other around me. The mark up on the frames is not justified by the quality of service I received, it was my first and last time going here. I do not recommend.

Dr. Knapp has been hands down the best eye doctor I have dealt with and I was in the optical industry for over a decade. The entire staff is extremely professional and top notch! Keep up the good work

Dr Knapp is amazing and funny. I love their office and would not go to a different Dr. Knapp is truly the best and really cares! He takes time and really has a great sense of humor. We had a scary emergency and Dr Knapp met us late and really figured out the problem and put our minds at ease. Amazing customer Service!

I absolutely love Dr Knapp and his staff. They are so friendly, accommodating and thorough. For years my husband complained about not being able to see clearly. We saw several optometrists and they all suggested corrective lenses for farsightedness. While, he did need glasses when he is at the computer, it did nothing to correct his primary problem which was not being able to see clearly. We finally found answers with Dr. Knapp, my husband had cataracts which is rare for someone so young. It was so relieving to finally have answers. I had been having issues with my contacts becoming uncomfortable after a few wears. He and his staff took the time to give me a variety of lenses to try and find a lens that was comfortable. I can't say enough about Chatfield Eye Care. They really are the best!

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Knapp and his staff are phenomenal! Everyone there are knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. They take the time to give you a thorough examination and will provide you with the individual attention you need and deserve!!!
