It took me three visits to get my glasses sort of correct. The first time the lenses were 2 degrees off than what my doctor had prescribed, the second time they were better but blurry. Amanda (the manager) said that the frames (I bought them from there) were wrong. In the end they gave me frames I don't even like but even with these lenses my vision is not right. I am done with this place

I went to Eyeglass world because they were having a deal on 2 pair of frames and progressive lenses. Scheduled eye exams for me and my husband. I was really impressed with how thorough they are with the eye exam. Received extra tests besides the regular eyeglass exam at no extra charge. Got my glasses in about 1 week. Picked them up and I tried adjusting to the new lenses but couldn't adjust. Took them back and Kelly was very accommodating to my needs. She upgraded my progressive lenses to the top of the line ones at no charge and allowed me to pick new frames for the new lenses at no charge. I'm very happy with their customer service and highly recommend going here for your eye needs. Every one on the staff are so helpful! Very reasonably priced!

I just visited Eyeglass World today after accidentally breaking my glasses. They snuck me into their schedule last minute, super informative throughout the appointment. I felt like they truly did care about me, and even gave me multiple budget friendly options. I will hands down be coming back and recommending to my friends and family.

I was traveling in the Denver area when I scratched my glasses directly across the sight line. I called Eyeglass World to see if I could get an appointment and glasses made before I left town. Sam found me an appointment within 2 hours. When I arrived, Sam immediately made me feel at ease by explaining the process. After my exam, Paige helped me pick out my frames and lenses. She helped me figure out what would work best for my situation, as well as what looked best on me. She even saved me some money. Because I was in the Denver area for just a few days, I told them I needed my glasses before I returned home. Kelly, the acting General Manager, was able to have my glasses completed the next day. They are wonderful to work with. Thank you for helping me out and saving my vacation.

I have had wonderful experiences at Eyeglass World. I received excellent service from Kelly and I appreciated the affordable prices for both lenses and frames. They have a wide selection of frames and services. If you have not checked them out yet, you should. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Do not come here. Booked an eye exam they try to charge you to do a virtual one in person what the heck ??? Then after they said they took our insurance they in fact do not and poor customer service. Stay Away !!!!!

I had the best experience start to finish getting glasses. I'm in a progressive lens and my eyes are extremely sensitive to correction, the tech Hannah was great during the exam, there was a little bit of a wait for the doctor to come on, but she kept conversation going so it wasn't a big deal. I was then taken up front to shop for glasses. I was told sam would help me find my glasses and he sure did. He brought me over a frame and said "just got this one in, this looks like it would be a close fit to what your in" I was sold, he walked me through my order and had me out of the store in about 20 minutes. Will definitely be using eyeglass world moving forward! Friendly team, great service!
