Dr. Fogle is professional and knowledgeable. She was really great. The staff members are friendly and great as well. Thee office is very tidy too. I had a great experience.

I, and my family have been a long time patients of Dr. Fogle's. We've moved locations with her over time and every year I am more and more impressed. Be it new technology or new team members Eyetopia is always on the lookout to improve the experience. This is one team that truly cares for the total health of patients that walk through the door.

Eyetopia is the best for treating dry eyes and other issues. This clinic is a lifesaver. Dr. Desai really took the time to figure out my problem and is so knowledgable about treatment options and considerations. The clinic staff are also super helpful, friendly and responsive. The quality of care and service are outstanding. Thank you so much, Eyetopia! I'm so grateful that I have such a wonderful place for eye care, and my eyes feel so much better!

Walking into the clinic, the two women who help with contacts (?) were gossiping very loudly, the main receptionist acted like there was something wrong because I needed a contact fitting. I told her I was aware of the charge and gave her both my vision and medical insurance to use both. This threw her for a loop and one of the gossiping girls stepped in. She explained to me, very condescending, that one was vision and one medical. I said I understood and the medical is second because there is a smaller vision plan on it. She was so rude. Then they wanted money up front with out seeing a doctor or talking about contacts and glasses. I said this is silly but they wouldn't budge. Instead of seeing the doctor, I saw a resident who took over an hour with me because he was interested in my previous eye surgeries. He was a very nice person just to be clear. He then fit me for multifocal contacts that I didn't even ask for after an hour long appointment. Then the main doctor, Dr.Fogel, came in to "check" the other doctors exam and, without really looking at me or my chart, told me that there was an additional charge for multifocal contact fitting. I told her nobody ever told me about an additional charge beforehand and I would consider that surprise billing. And for those reasons, I wouldn't pay for it. I already had the multifocal contacts in and she made me pop out the trial contacts and toss them rather than just letting me keep them in. It was all very uncomfortable and I left feeling I had done something wrong. Besides the resident doctor , I didn't feel like they actually cared about my eye health. But rather were much more interested in money.... Every single one of them from receptionist to doctor. I don't plan on going back again.

Eyetopia Eyecare is the best! Such a lovely office. The doctors are very thorough and really patient. The staff are great and welcoming. Will be coming back for further eye exams.

I've been going to Eyetopia for three or four years now, I was originally referred to them by my primary care doctor when my dog scratched my eye. It's a totally different experience from the typical storefront or Costco optical practice. There is a feeling of thoroughness and medical skill that I've never got from others I've used. Dr Desai takes time to explain and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They also always seem to be on the cutting edge with technology. Highly recommended !
