The doctors here are amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. But the front of house staff are very unprofessional. The receptionist openly talks poorly about customers in front of other customers. And the other front of house staff are not very professional in conversation or appearance wise. I moved to mountain vista eye care for my optometrist needs and they are great!

New patient and my appointment was supposed to be at 8:25. After filling out new paperwork, I sat and waited for 20 mins. At 8:45, I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer as I had another appointment at 10:00 with a drive to get there. She checked and then came back to let me know they were waiting for a room to open up and it would be a few more minutes. No communication and how can you be running that far behind so early in the morning. They clearly had no cares about my time but I had to sign that if I'm 10 minutes late, they will cancel and charge me a fee. I'll be finding another eye doc as this office doesn't want my cash business.

Dr Zemke is an EXCELLENT eye doctor. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I look forward to my yearly eye exam and meeting with him. I feel well cared for and know I'm in good hands. This year, I noticed that they added 2 new eye tests to the standard testing protocol and upgraded their retina imaging system to one that takes wider and clearer images. I also learned that this place has a rare specialty in that they make custom prescription lenses (if you have serious eye shape issues). Thankfully, I don't need that, but it just goes to show that Insight Eyecare is at the forefront of technology and expertise. I highly recommend them.

I had my yearly check up, and Dr. Gibson was awesome as usual. The real star of this visit was Gloria! she was amazing! She took the time to help me pick out the correct lenses and frames that I needed. She was honest with me with how certain Frames looked on my face. She didn't try to upsell me into something that I didn't want or need and was just amazing with her customer service!
