Had a great experience here from initial contact to office staff to meeting with the doctor. Was working with another place that wouldn't be able to get me in for over a month and wouldn't run my insurance but assured me it would be costly, so started looking up highly rated options. Saw this place has great reviews, so called in. Was able to check my insurance on the phone before even going in and the insurance fully covered everything. Had to have a cyst removed from my eye and the doctor was educated, kind, and caused such little pain for such an uncomfortable spot on my eye. I would recommend Dr. K to anyone dealing with eye issues. You're in good hands!

So I did not see the doctor so this is not a review on the actual doctor. I was setting up to be a new patient . This is a review on whomever answers phones and responds to voicemails. I called this office on a Thursday and spoke to a person who gave me information. I then called back the next day Friday and it was around noon and got voicemail so I left a message. I did not get a call back Friday and I also did not get a call back on Monday. I called on Monday around 4:00 p.m. and did not get the feeling that a call was going to arrive to me that day. I ended up going with a different clinic. If the office cannot take care of the office work, that will likely cause me issues somewhere down the line.

One of the best medical experiences I've ever had. The staff were professional and personable. Dr. Kouyoumdjian was great. He was knowledgeable and informative and most importantly he treated me as human being worthy of acknowledgement and notice. I've had many interactions with health professionals who acted like you were just another stepping stone to the the next dollar. That didn't happen here. Nice to be treated with dignity. I highly recommend this facility and the staff for any of your eye care needs.

Dr K is the very best. His bedside manner is outstanding l. He explains things very well for the layperson to understand. He did my lasik surgery 15 years ago and I'm so happy to have found him again.

Patient warning, be aware and avoid this place. I was referred to Dr. Kouyoumdjian by my eye doctor. After being tested by some very nice staff members, he walked in the room, never introduced himself, and launched into a lecture about cataracts and basically scolded me for coming. He never examined me, asked me any questions whatsoever, never looked at any charts nor referred to any of my past eye history. Rather than simply stating his opinion that I am not currently a candidate for the surgery, he was rude, unprofessional and condescending, making me feel like I broke some kind of law. I paid a $75 dollar co-pay that this clinic refused to refund. I am therefore letting everyone I know (including my eye doctor and everyone at their clinic) about my experience, the lack of concern by this clinic and the need to avoid this place. I wouldn't even rate it one star but it is necessary to post the review.

The office staff here are horrible. They will have department policies but will pick and choose when to adhere to them. It is a nightmare to work with them. They also have horrible medical records. Saying that a person's appointment was canceled and they never got the surgery done. Well that is so interesting when they came back with the cataract surgery completed.

Dr Kouyoumdjian ruined my vision. I went to him over a year and one half ago for a procedure. The next day my vision was terrible and he said I had an eye stroke. I have seen 2 other eye doctors and the both said his procedure was incorrect. I have constant glare due to his incompetence and this is a lifetime disability. He also tried to double bill me. I would not recommend this doctor.

I had my second YAG laser procedure with Dr. Kouyoumdjian this past September, and it was as easy and painless as my first one a year ago. Dr. K also removed my cataracts three years ago, and I thoroughly trust him with my eye care. He is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. His staff is attentive, and the office location is convenient. I highly recommend Dr. K for your eye care needs!
