Call to get an appointment was able to get scheduled in within a week. Was a new customer and have not been to an optometrist in 15 years. Great customer service helped explain my benefits and made the whole process smooth and less confusing. Dr James was knowledgeable and professional

I am sad to have to make this review, but I felt it necessary. We have gone to this doctor for years, no complaints about the doctor. This review is 100% about the customer service from the women that work there. For one, I always get put on hold. Long holds! She rarely returns, just leaves us on hold. I have been asked multiple times if "they could call me back". She never does. I have to call again and again be put on a long hold. Secondly, the woman that handles the fitting of the glasses when they are ready, older woman with short blondish hair, is terribly rude. We ignored it for a long time because we like the doctor and the glasses. But, we have had to find a new eye doctor because we're just tired of the dismissive & rude treatment by the staff. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. They always make us want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I'm quite sure neither of those women care that they have lost a family that has been coming for 10 years as customers. Very sad.

Dr James, Diana, and Ann were all great. They bent over backwards to make sure I got the right glasses for my night vision problem. Thanks so much!

He and the staff are always friendly and accommodating with our schedules. I have a condition that requires monitoring and he always ensures I get the right imaging done, then compares with previous results to watch my status. I have complete trust in Dr. James and highly recommend his practice.

I love Dr James, Roland and Anne. I have been going to them for years and even though I have moved I gladly drive 30 plus minutes to go to them. They treat you like family and take good care of your eyes.

I've been going to Dr. James for the last 4 years and I'm very happy with my experience. I've needed corrective eyewear since I was 3 and have a lot of anxiety about going to the eye doctor due to past experiences. Dr. James is very kind and upon the first visit made me feel comfortable in his office. He also makes sure I get the most out of my vision benefits.

Dr. James is absolutely the best eye doctor around. I've been going to him for about 20 years & I don't trust anybody else with my eyes. He's very friendly, the staff is wonderful & he makes you feel like your vision is normal, whatever it may be. Plus, it's a local business & you gotta love supporting those! 10/10 would recommend.
