I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Kori Silver and her incredible staff, Robert and Stephanie. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, cared for, and truly valued as a patient. Dr. Silver is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but she has that rare blend of professionalism and warmth that instantly puts you at ease. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about your eye health and comfort.
Robert and Stephanie are absolute rockstars! Very friendly, efficient, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it's scheduling, helping with glasses, or answering questions, they make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction.

I saw Dr. Silver after I had my son, as I knew I had some vision changes. Her staff, Stephanie, and Robert, are top-notch and my exam was very thorough. Dr Silver is professional and very warm. I was able to get glasses and I appreciate their timeliness, efficiency and quality.

Dr. Silver is good. She has all the gadget and tools to diagnose and treat your vision. However, the clinic/practice lacks customer service. I bought two pair of progressive glasses and within 3 months one of them lost a screw. Not a big deal, just drop by and see if they can spend 10 min to fix or maybe have come back later in the day. One screw on the arm of the glasses ($500 with insurance) and the front desk guy just stared and said I needed to make an appt. It is a 10 min fix, and he said, it will be longer than that and its complicated.
Bought an Amazon eye glasses fix kit for $10, fixed them myself in 10 min - I am now in the market for a new eye doctor.

I came here for a second opinion as I was told I had the beginning stages of glaucoma. Dr silver was able to find that i was glaucoma suspicious and that I also had an astigmatism. She said she would order me a full field test and some imaging. I didn't order new glasses right away and instead called later to order them. When I made that call I had also asked about the tests and was told I would receive a call back. I never did nor did I ever get a call to schedule the tests she wanted done. The experience in office was great but the feeling of apparent no care after is why I gave 2 starts. Being told your glaucoma suspicious and worrying about what that means to my vision in the future to just be ignored after doesnt feel very good. Hopefully ill find a dr that cares about my wellbeing in the future.
