Visionworks Southwest Plaza

My last visit to this location was a 1.5 years ago. Today when I went there was a new doctor, a female. She was AMAZING!!! I have never had a doctor explain to me why she was doing what she was doing. All others just blaze through the exam and I always felt rushed in making my decision between the choices of "1 or 2" ect.... And what looked better. She took the time with me and said what each test was for and how my vision had changed. Overall I really enjoyed my Eye exam and did not feel rushed at all. And I even showed up 30 mins early. I had planned to just browse the frames while I waited but they got me in right away. I was impressed for sure. I also very much like how they have the style of glasses separated by style such as SQUARE, OVAL, ROUND etc...this helps so much. I was able to find a pair of frames I. Less than 20 mins. And if you know me that is a HUGE achievement!!! Normally I have to go to many different locations like 10+ before I can make a decision on what I want. Even my family was shocked that I picked something out the same day. The only thing I wish is they offered an express service. I hate waiting the 2 week period. I would pay extra for this. Overall I would highly recommend this location. It's in the mall, so always plenty of parking (and easy to get too on the first floor). Thank you!!!

Review of Visionworks DO NOT COME HERE I highly recommend avoiding Visionworks due to my recent experiences. The new manager seems completely incompetent, which has led to a frustrating and unprofessional environment. I found the prices to be extremely overpriced compared to other optical retailers, making it hard to justify any service they offer. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. My time was wasted, and the overall experience was disappointing. I will not return to this location and will be sure to inform my friends and family to steer clear as well. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Fantastic location. All the staff is kind and professional. Short wait times, most insurance accepted, affordable plans. Dr. Jackson is stellar and truly cares for patients, as do all the other physicians here. Highly recommend

Very friendly and personable staff who were happy to help us and share their knowledge. From insurance to choosing the right frame, each employee we interacted with was exemplary in their job. Thank you for helping my girlfriend get her first pair of glasses!

First and foremost The doctor is great though, she was courteous, professional, and lovely. That being said... We have been customers here for about 10 years and it was great up until recently. I don't know what has happened, but clearly something changed and service has absolutely plummeted. I'm baffled it's taken almost a month for my daughter's contacts to come in... We are now 2 weeks past when they were suppose to be in. I'm still irritated about how her appointment went (or didn't) on the 29th (especially when THEY called ME and asked me to bring my daughter in early without verifying that her contacts had actually arrived). I'm frustrated by the absolute lack of service and communication. I'm mad that they tried to somehow shift blame to me on their apparent screw up. Get it together.

Easy scheduling and pre-appointment check in. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They handled the insurance with ease. Plenty of frames to chose from too.

I am always happy with the service I receive from Vision Works. I have been using them for years as has my husband. They are professional, skilled, helpful, and the environment is low pressure with many choices in style and price in eye wear. My recent experience was excellent as usual!

I scheduled an eye appointment last minute after finding out that now I need an eye exam to get my DL renewed here in CO... ugh. So a last minute appointment scheduled that was convenient and close by, didn't expect too much but came away very happy with the results and how well I was treated by the staff. I'll receive a nice pair of glasses in 2 weeks to make my daily life a bit clearer!
