I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jensen and her incredible team. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every detail was handled with precision, and it was clear that patient comfort and advocacy are top priorities in her practice. Dr. Jensen went above and beyond for me--fighting to ensure my insurance would cover a procedure when previous doctors gave up on me as a patient. When no one else stepped up, she did. People were wonderful but I didn't give a 5 star because I would have liked one of those "water swabs" to wipe my mouth. It was very, very dry. Also, a snack after surgery would have been nice. It had been a long time since I had last had anything to eat.

Very good experience at the Surgery Center. Each staff member completed their portion of the protocol with verbal explanations re their responsibilities and follow up. The procedure was done expertly and quickly. I felt confident in the skill level demonstrated by all parties.
