Nicole is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and patient. She really knows her stuff when it comes to frames and lenses, and she took the time to help me find the perfect pair that suited my face and prescription. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses. If you're looking for excellent service and a great selection, ask for Nicole - you won't be disappointed!

Husband took my daughter here yesterday to get her glasses cleaned and tightened. They couldn't even find her correct record. Said she hadn't been seen since January and no record of us buying the glasses and then tried to upsell on fixing them!. I looked up my account and she was seen in July! Needless to say I went to a different location... they were fantastic. Found her account and fixed with no issues. I'll NEVER be back to this one. Go to the one off 144th

Got a same day appt, doc saw me on time, everything was explained clearly about my eye health and options for contacts/lenses. Isabel then helped me upfront with finding a new pair of eyes, and style! I almost waited for a friend to help but she was amazing, I've never received service like that at an eye place :-) I'm actually getting compliments for the first time ever! My glasses came in a week earlier than expected, and contacts also a few days early. Very happy customer!

First time here and I had an amazing experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was so kind and it's impressive how fast it was. Elena in particular had the best personality and made it even better. They also had good selection with reasonable prices. 10/10 recommend !

Im hear to tell the America Best store on 104th in Northglenn is the outstanding. Our family has going their for last 10 years. The store manager Heidi is down to earth person very knowledgeable and professional I had issues with my glasses and she answered the bell. And there is another individual that has been there a long time Isabel she is an optician we always go to her because she is the best at her job she gives us the best customer service you can ask. She is down to earth person very knowledgeable and intelligent she makes us feel like we are family. So in short this store is highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

Overall impressed. Ordered cheaper set of glasses for work they work as expected, also did a set of personal outdoor glasses that have a reflective tinted finish sapphire and Rose gold. The prescriptions came out flawless in style and sight. I get good amount of compliments once people ask me if they are prescribed. By far my favorite shades. My dog chewed a pair up. I called in and ITZA was able to place an order without me coming in. She pretty much has helped me each time and well she's a gem let's say sapphire. Thank you for the follow up and great service. Americas best and the customer service of ITZA I'll be back. They don't do the meta frames but that's okay I'll find a way to do these somewhere when I get around to it.

I'm pretty picky, and I do not understand the negative reviews. I've been going to America's Best at 104th in Northglenn Colorado since 2013. And I can honestly say that all of my face to face and phone encounters have been average to positive to very positive. I have never had a negative encounter at America's Best. My only negative experience is that sometimes, I cannot get anyone on the phone or am kept on hold for a long time. But that can happen anywhere, with any company. The employees are always polite and professional. The doctors always answer all of my questions. I have used America's Best for both contact lens visits and to get glasses. Their eye care club and fantastic prices on glasses make going to America's Best more cost effective than going through my insurance. Most recently, I met the new manager, Renee, who was extremely helpful. I also observed her interact with multiple customers who were in line before me. She was obviously very knowledgeable and desired to help each and every customer. I will continue going to America's Best.

Had a great experience here. My eye exam was very thorough. Dr. was great! Julie was also so very helpful finding me a great pair of frames to fit my face. She was very encouraging and and patient with me as I was indecisive. She had me laughing. Making a bit of a stressful process fun and relaxing. Will be going back to have Julie help my husband & son find new glasses. She won our family over.
