I know your job is sales but don't treat me like a fool.
No greeting. The people available seemed bothered they needed to help me (I had an appointment) manager didn't bat and eye. Once they saw my insurance and knew I had money their eyes all lit up. They tried to actually converse and had a different energy. The manger came and was happy and more expressive. She was pushy and selling me high end glasses. I really just wanted nice cheap ones that work. I succumb to pressure very easily (personal issue)
I forgot the guys name but the one helping my sale didn't listen to anything I was saying I told him I'd like to have insurance or something to protect my glasee when we were going through billing he played me off and said I don't need the PEPP. At that point I was done. I wanted to leave I felt very uncomfortable. And said yes to everything because how hungry their eyes looked. I have trouble with social settings so I was just trying hurry and leave that hell.

I love the new management at Pearle Vision--especially the lower prices and great deals they now offer! Dr. Sanchez is my favorite eye doctor. He's very professional and takes the time to clearly explain everything about your eyes during the exam.
Stacy is extremely knowledgeable about glasses. She's always helpful, patient, and detailed--she helped me pick out the perfect pair during my last visit. Lupita is also super friendly and sweet.
I've been coming here for over three years, and I always receive excellent customer service. I always find exactly what I need and want! I totally recommend this place!

These guys are amazing - I brought I a very expensive pair that were screwed up by someone else - and these guys fixed ALL the frame issues and I am getting new lenses - done right this time. Super knowledgeable!

Now that this location is no longer independently owned I am having major issues! I need new lenses, they have had the frames since November 21st 2025. I was told 2 weeks to get them done. We have had to call them every time after the two weeks to get told they will be done next week. I do not recommend using Peal Vision at all!

I've been coming here for years but it appears the new ownership just doesn't treat customers the same can't get any frames which is a major reason why I paid for the insurance but I got scammed out of that. And then I got my new lenses and they are within the first week of receiving them they're already scratching up is there supposed to have an anti protection scratch when I want to do my first cleaning I already noticed that there's multiple scratches on them which means they skip that protective coating. Now if I've had any issues in the past I've called and it was corrected right away. Apparently not this time so now I got to drive 45 minutes to head over to the facility show them that indeed the scratches are just so they can reorder it. A year ago I was referring people to hear however after the new year they switch on the ship I will not be referring and I will be looking for a different place

I have been going to this Peal location for years, along with my son and daughter. We all have had excellent service by both doctors and staff, particularly Stacey. Staff is always warm and welcoming. Stacey knows us when we come in and is always very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. I highly recommend their location.
