ABBA Eye Care - Pagosa Springs

I haven't been to the eye doctor in years but the staff welcome me very friendly. They were super helpful, answered all of my questions. Angie was great with helping me pick out my new frames and was honest about how they looked on me, which I highly appreciate. A great experience, I would recommend and will be going back.

The staff in this office always greets me with a smile and are very professional and helpful. Dr. Potts was also quick and friendly and professional.

The staff at ABBA are very professional and they are really friendly to their clients. My experience with them was very easy and I was impressed by the equipment used on my eyes which is the latest technology for eye care. Five Stars with an extra one for good measure.

I am modifying my review from one to three stars because the Abba District Manager Sabrina kindly reached out to me to make sure my frustrations with our local office were addressed. She assured me that my lenses would be mailed to me, and indeed I have already received them. Had all my dealings been with Sabrina this would be a five star rating. (Original One Star Review) First and foremost, for some reason they cannot keep an optometrist long enough to make it worth your while to go in and have your eyes consistently examined by the same optometrist. According to the office manager they currently do not have an optometrist in the office at this time. Evidently they want to have your eyes examined online remotely. Sadly that is not the only problem I have with Abba. I have had nothing but problems this past year in getting my sunglasses manufactured correctly, taking almost 2 months for them to be ready. And it took almost that long for my regular glasses to be produced. I purchased insurance for the glasses, had new lenses made, and yet I had to call them to see if they were even ready because I guess they were too busy to notify me in a timely manner. The office manager, Kayla, told me I could stop by to pick up the lenses, so I had my wife drop by. They wouldn't give them to her because they then said it is illegal for them to just give us the lenses without personally installing them.

Extremely friendly staff!! My appointment went well and I was fitted for trial contacts in no time. They even cleaned up my glasses for me. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. My nurse was extremely friendly, and I would definitely recommend!

I am not sure if my other review was received. Soooo here is another one. The staff at Abba Eye Care was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I actually had a good time taking the eye exam. The remote doctors were as friendly and helpful as the people at Abba. I am 72 years old and this is the first prescription glasses I have ever owned. I am very happy and look forward to getting the glasses. A special thanks to Michel who helped me through the eye exam and choosing the frames plus she is the first person to ask for my autograph in 35 years. HA!

All the people involved in my visit from welcome, to exam and time with the Doctor reviewing results, to fitting and frame selction were pleasant and very nice. I think they went the extra distance to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I won't be going anywhere else.
