Fran was amazing! She helped me get the correct lenses was patient and So incredibly kind! I highly recommend this office. Dr. Pethe is a fantastic optometrist.

Completed our annual exams and looked at glasses. They have an extensive stock and you'll be happy to take your time. Allen assisted us and made excellent recommendations. My wife got dark glasses and I got driving glasses. They were both ready in record time. Excellent product, assistance and recommendation made by Allen! I am very happy with the doctors, optician and front desk staff. They all took extra time with my vision challenges to be sure I found the right prescription, contacts and glasses.

Do not waste your time here. This is the worst place I have ever been. They are so rude and have 0 customer service skills. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The lady at the front is so rude, it's maddening. She needs to get a new job outside of customer service asap. I would like to use more colorful language here, but will leave it at they are rude, not helpful, and not worth your time or money.

Although Dr. Pethe and the technician who took care of me were excellent, the overall experience was terrible. Following the examination, I unfortunately "attempted" to order two pair of glasses fairly expensive lenses and frames (Regular and Sunglasses). "Anthony" assisted and apparently wrote the size of frame / style / cost / manufacturer and type of lenses on a sticky note. The sticky note was thrown away or lost, I "attempted" to call Anthony to speak about my glasses. He did not call back for several weeks. A month after the visit, I was able to speak with Anthony and he acted as if he did not ever speak with me and had no idea about the size of frame / style / cost manufacturer and the of lenses. Unbelievable. Basically he took no responsibility at all and basically stated that he never even assisted me in selecting the two pair of glasses that I finally selected. He called later the day and left a message that he did look at the records and he helped me pick out the glasses but somehow I was at fault. Apparently, I should have looked over his shoulder and made sure he did his job and did it correctly. But that is not my job but the job of those who own the business. To those who own and manage this business, you are not doing yourself any favors by employing incompetent and rude staff. Thus the 1 Star (It should be lower) review.

One star review for the ophthalmology dept. We have been having an ongoing discussion regarding glasses that I did not get. The frame I chose was broke while being made, however it was discontinued. I asked for my money to be returned, I no longer wanted to work with them. They are refusing due the insurance claim having been processed. After talking to my insurance they informed me that all that needs to happen is for Associated Eye to put in a claim correction and this can be solved. Associated Eye Care does not want to do that. This has been ongoing for 3 months now with no resolution The Office manger will not return my calls. I am now having my insurance company call them to help with this. Do not buy your frames or lenses from this practice
